该是好的。但是有很多人说这种添加物很不自然，所以是见人见智的看法。如果吃不惯
brown rice(the best choice)，买这个也行。煮前不能洗。还有这种米可以放的比一
般白米久，是陈米，所以买的时候更加要注意过期日。

What is Enriched Rice?
When rice is processed into white rice, a great deal of the nutritional
value is lost. The fiber and nutrient rich outer bran is stripped first,
leaving behind the germ and endosperm. In many cases, the nutritious germ is
