Shall I apply to be a research object who would get an injection of
endotoxin? Is it harmful to human? pay is slightly over $200 for 8 hour
study.
And is it possible to get the chance to be injected with placebo? Or actually all research objects would be treated with endotoxin even the ad claims either placebo or endotoxin?

well managed clinical study with competent investigators, the investigators
have the responsibilities to address your questions and concerns including
side effects. In addition, there is a document called Informed Consent Form
that outlines the basics of the study and the compensation scheme. You need
to review and sign it before you are enrolled into the study.

我得指出的一点是： EPA的这个资料里明确说了：他们只测了短期的毒性，
但是他们认为长期的毒性应该是由短期的毒性积累后引起的。所以在短期没有毒性
的情况下就没有测长期毒性的必要。

根据网络曝光的名单，推进转基因水稻商业化的“急先锋”张启发教授，其实验室最大
的合作伙伴是美国孟山都公司，同时兼任“美国洛克菲勒基金会水稻生物技术国际合作
计划科学顾问委员会”委员和“孟山都奖学金评定委员会”主任。此外，转基因的推行
者郭三堆、贾士荣、黄季焜、吴孔明等科学家均在曝光之列。
众所周知，转基因饱受争议的两大问题——食品安全问题和产业安全问题，在全球范围
内不仅没有形成共识，而且分歧日益突出。然而正是在这样的科学与政治经济背景之下

endotoxin, antimicrobial, sterilization validation,因为产品几乎都要过FDA/
ISO测试, 而在学校这样的非生产环境根本学不到. 而且招phd的都是比较senior的职位
, sr.scientist, sr.microbiologist之类, 基本都要一定年限工业界经验, 没有的话,
就要背景非常非常match
我猜你是做molecular microbiology的? 好像有一些公司招会yeast genetics,
hybridization的, 或者用分子的经验找找, 职位比微生物要多

容易。其他几种常温下是液体，但是大体上他们的密度和水的密度很相近，1ml近似1g
。这些脂肪酸都极易溶于乙醇。溶解Palmitic Acid需要略微加热（50C)。

的蛋白沉淀而无法复性，所以罗的工艺在此处有独到之处。
罗的工艺基本是遵循纯化，复性，再纯化（不依赖Ni柱）的途径，最后产品纯度高当然
不只是蛋白质，并且元素检验也没有Ni残留，至于你说的endotoxin更是检测不出。
如果你不了解具体的过程，就不要着急trivialize别人的东西。 |
