我看中的是HOV sticker，烧油还是用电其实无所谓
虽然另外俩EV mileage强很多，最后还是买了Fusion，原因如下：
-- leaf内饰太差，实在看不过眼
-- volt第二排没法坐成年人
-- fusion Energi驾驶感受强于另外俩，外观不错，内部跟非EV版的fusion没啥区别
-- SE base model已经是中高配，很多功能都有了，比如皮椅，导航，座椅加热，后排
出风口...令人惊喜的是还有开关车自动座椅复位功能
使用后优缺点：
-- 目前开了600 miles, 没发现不满意的地方。全烧油，AVG MPG 41
-- 车有点重
-- 后备箱小，且形状不规则
价格：

scam
然后我出门和他们说我账单找不到了，我回头给nstar打电话取消那个就好，谢谢你们
啊，你们好人，把他们轰走了
回头打电话问nstar, 那个just energy根本不是他们的供应商，敲门那家伙说谎
再打电话给当地警察局non emergency, 告诉他们此事，他们竟然回答我那帮人是有
permit的，city知道他们问居民要帐单看；
事实上，他们是另一家供电的公司，和nstar没有关系，就是想让人用他家的电，然后
可能高价宰一刀
总之大家长个心眼，有permit的推销员也未必是善茬

Terrific 12 plan). 如每月用电少于1000 kwh,付$6.95月费. 在Power to Choose上,
它家仍有Terrific 12 plan, 标着11 cents per Kwh. 但实际情况是, 你一旦加入, 你
的账单会你看不懂. 它不是显示你的用电数乘rate, 加上月费,稅等. 而是把rate降下
来(我的从9.2 cents 降到5.2), 但另外多出一项Centerpoint Energy Fees(有时写TDU
fee),该项费你不知多少,月月不同,可$18-45(我的case). 所以真正的rate变成了
15cents kwh以上. 如夲月我用了249 kw, 付了$42. BOUNCE ENERGY的策略是, 用小恩
小惠诱人加入及保留客户,随后在账单上play game.

1. 上个月用了 1370Kwh, energy charge 是 127.03 $ (9.27 cents per Kwh), TDU
delivery fee 是 59.32$ ，总共电费是 186.35 $
2. 这个月用了 693Kwh， energy charge 是 64.26 $, TDU delivery fee 是 31.99$,
Service Fee 是 9.95$, 总共电费是 106.37 $
我们家的电费是贵还是便宜呢？在考虑继续用Gexa Energy还是换别家。这个TDU
delivery fee好贵啊，是不是各家电费公司的 TDU delivery fee是一样的？

题是，在D=[0, 1]^2区域上考虑Ginzburg-Landau的能量泛函，假如给的边条件是u2=0,
而u1在上下边非负，在左右边非正，对应的energy minimizer是否存在，如果存在的
话，它是什么样子的？
其中Ginzburg-Landau能量泛函的表达式是

我的考虑是任给一个边界上符合边条件的Lipshitz continuous的函数g, 根据u=(0, g)
