产税很低，不知commute到manhattan 怎么样？好像有个快车可以25分钟到42街（怎么
坐呢?）
另外住那里的中国人多吗？ |

发帖数: 547 | 2 我用的是comprehensive women's care，是一个group，有5，6位医生，设备有点旧，
但挺有经验，reputation不错。
找了这家的另一个原因是生孩子的医院是engelwood hospital。医院条件各方面都不错
， 妇产科据说是全美top 5。护士医生很多，家属和产妇一个待遇。不但可以stay
over，还有点餐服务。缺点就是每1，2个小时就有各色人等探视，产妇得不到应有的休
息。还有收费有点高。 |

school in the neighbor town.
- Decent single family house starts from $900K
- Commute to Midtown by bus is about 45 mins in rush hour. (20 mins to GWB
subway station) |

我觉得很大的一个好处好像是房产税，比如一个$700k的房子，房产税只要4000到5000,
而同样价格的放在到了Tenafly可能税要15000了。
另外commute 是不是比tenafly还是近些? |

发帖数: 30 | 9 Englewood Cliff is ideal if you don't have kids in high school, otherwise
you need to pay about $15K/year for them to study in nearby good public
school (like Tenafly or Cresskill). Commute to Midtown is 15-30 mins less
comparing with Tenafly. But again, any single family house below $800K is a
fix-upper. Though $700K house with $4000-5000 property tax is hard to find
now days, the reasons for relatively lower property tax is due to no high

High, that's tuition you pay. |
