官。它是不同的培养体系，与我们这种招兵的是不一样的。你要做军官，有二种办法。
比如说你的学习很好，大学入学考试（SAT）考分很高，高到你可以被斯坦福大学或哈
佛大学录取，如果你不想当一个平民百姓好学生，他可以申请去Navy Academy，就是美
国的海军军官学校，在马里兰州的安那坡利斯（Annapolis，MD），那里专门训练高级
海军军官。在那所学校里，学生不仅学习平常的知识，还要学怎样打仗，学的东西比哈
佛更广更多。他们从那里出来后，就成为Commissioned Officer，就是军官。
其它有本科以上学历的人，又是美国公民，也可以申请当美国军官。比如说你是学医疗
的，你去申请当军医，如果海军发现正好有一个地方需要人，就会录用你。你学历越高

你什么时候到达。我们2005年第一次去打仗的时候，有一点点紧张，但不是象刚开始打
伊拉克时那么紧张，所以我们出海时去了关岛和新加坡两个地方，靠岸停了好几天，没
有直接去波斯湾。2007年我们坐斯坦尼斯号航母出海打仗时，就很紧张，一刻不停地开

航母去哪一个地方，都一定按自己的计划（Self Schedule）走，不是说想去哪里就去

掉下去了，掉到海里去了。其实很少会有人是不小心掉下去的。真要是有人掉下海的话
，很有可能是他在船上呆着受不了啦，压力太大了，跳海自杀去了。
我们航母的四周，都有站岗的人。每个位置一般站两个人。如果天气不好，万一有一个
人被风刮跑了的话，另外一个人还可以报警，船上会出动直升飞机去把他救回来。当然
，这些人站岗不是为了防止有人去跳海，他们是为了航母本身的安全，怕有敌人偷袭什
么的。航空母舰太大了，光靠岛楼上的人盯着不行，所以我们基本上在航母甲板的每一
个角，都安排一个岗哨。就因为航母外面一圈都有站岗的人，所以如果有人跳水的话，
他们就能听到“噗通”的落水声。他们会赶快看一看是怎么回事，有情况的话，就马上
给飞行甲板控制室（Flight Deck Control）打电话，向上面报告。
我们这次出海，我知道的就有一个人跳海去了。他是一个小兵（Enlisted），是另外一

做饭的黑牡丹。长得可比奥巴马总统的夫人好很多。
亚裔炊事兵。一般甲板上的人看不上这种在底下混得人。可是人家轻松愉快地干干，出
来跟甲板上“出生入死”的人拿一样的福利，比如说上学的学费和医疗保险。
船上小卖部的售贷员，卖些“香烟、洋火、桂花糖”之类，但不卖酒，怕军人醉酒误
事。
美眉在甲板上痛苦地工作着。看她的表情就知道，上航母并不是坐邮轮出海旅游。
哈，挺妩媚的小妞。回眸一笑百媚生啊！
同 一个飞行队的墨西哥裔女孩。一般说来，去当兵（Enlisted，不是Officer，美国
士兵和军官属于不同系列，不可直接跨越）的大多来自社会 下层，有统计说超过75%是
这样。他们在军队锻炼几年，正正形，出来后由国家掏钱送他们去上大学，毕业后找个
好工作就可以进入中产阶层了。这也是美国防止 阶层固化的措施之一，不能富人永远
富，穷人没希望。不管你出身多么差，国家都给你升上去的机会，就看你是不是努力了
。美国的一些制度优势，还是值得中国学 习借鉴的。 |

Skipper）是O5，就是海军中校（Commander）。他是O6，海军上校（Captain）。我们
大家都挺害怕他，因为他的肩膀上有一只鹰。
这个司令官经常轮流去手下每一个E-2飞行队视察，今天到这个飞行队飞一次，明天去
对门那个飞行队飞一次。他自己会开E-2飞机，以前也是一个E-2的飞行员，后来升成基
地司令了。有一次，他又要来我们飞行队飞飞机了，我们的指挥官给他当付驾驶，就坐
在他旁边。我们航线屋要出人去给他们准备飞机和打手势。这次打手势不是给我们的指
挥官打，而是给基地司令打。
还是没有人愿意去，因为如果出了一点错，那个基地司令倒不会找我们这些小兵的麻烦
，但是就很丢人了。他旁边坐着我们的指挥官哩，你要是出了错，或者手势太难看，你
让我们指挥官的脸往哪里搁呢？人家一看，好，你们飞行队就是这么干活的吗？

其他当兵的只要高中毕业就可以了，你知道他们的考试多少分就能去当兵不
99分满分的文化课考试，35分及格就可以去了，体检过了就好了，他们的体检就是你没
有毛病就可以。美军现在志愿兵役，国防部每年对各个军种征兵有指标的，现役和后备
役的，2009年陆军后备役就没有征满，越是打仗，越是缺员，没人愿意去送死，除了SB
热血青年。当然如果你有美军需要的技能，又是公民，美军甚至可以给你sign on
bonus，好比google一样。
当军官有两张途径，一种就是直接应征军官，需要本科学历，读军校毕业也可以。第二
是当兵的时候完成本科学历，申请OCS变成军官。
一般来说，直接指挥士兵的是士官，E5及以上的NCO，算是enlisted，还不是军官，即
使你做到了E9，你看到刚毕业的O1还是小一级，还是需要向O1敬礼的。这个就是军官和
士兵的绝对区别。军官是不直接干实际的活的，军官负责管理，干活的都是士兵，军官

。升不升的上去不是广告学历本事。
我们讨论的是一般人是你想去当军官，O1怎么去的，只要你身体条件合格，本科学历，
美军有名额，你去报名就让你去了，志愿兵役制，缺员呢。没那么多讲究。
OSC是有淘汰率的，要申请证明为什么你有资格去军官预备学校，你比别人强在什么地
方。
士官升级也是这样的E1-E4基本是到了年限就给升，如果你有其他优势也可以提前升。
但是E5以后就不是了，每个部门对E5以上都有配额，只有退休升级出来的空缺你才可以
申请升级，而且每个职业升级的速度也不一样，看岗位的重要性了，11B升的最快，和
工资挂钩的，这个要是升的不快，没人愿意去当步兵了，炊事班升的最慢，反正你也不
打仗。
军官升级我不清楚，但是估计也不是很好升，将军级别开始就要国会批准了。
关键看你当兵的目的是什么了，什么热血青年想玩把真的CS，显然你要去enlist了，这
帮人是最被人尊重的（至少美国人尊重）。如果你就是想着那个军队好处的话，当军官
好了，安全体面钱多。

公民后一年就可以申请officer
一般参军锁男都是master以上学历
很容易就通过然后成为officer
我认识一个空军的锁男，phd后参军，不到半年就officer
因为是华裔phd，在air force很受欢迎，三年就少校了，o5
月入加allowance都过万了
