显然，CellTypeI中Hypermethylated的数目比较多，要用什么test来说明
CellTypeI is significantly enriched with Hypermethylation。

昨天做得太多，放了一碗在冰箱，24小时候拿出来，口感果然很奔溃,不过以前看到一
种做法，热水过一遍就好了，不过我嫌麻烦将就吃了。
用各种香料加水煮了30分钟得到凉汁，同样用各种香料和油小火熬了20分钟，稍微放凉
一点后沥掉香料泼在碎辣椒上，再猛撒一把蒜蓉，就是香辣蒜油了，西格玛说这个油辣
子很有感觉

8杯面的皮用9寸盘蒸了2小时以上，大概够4-6人吃饱，所以吃凉皮肯定是不减肥的。面
筋洗得干净一些，凉皮的味道稍微好那么一点点。大概蒸2-3张皮锅里就要续水保证足
