Histologic improvement occurred in 55% (68/124) of entecavir-treated vs 28%
(32/116) of lamivudine-treated patients (P < .0001). More patients on

Patients may need to take this drug foreever as there will be re-bound after
stopping Entecavir. The concern is that long term use may cause cancer as
it is casuing cancer in animals.
Any long term study for Entecavir? is it better or safer than Viread?

sorry to hear that,
in addition to the antiviral agent lamivudine, there are a bunch of other
antiviral medicines such as
adefovir which has advantage against lamivudine-resistent strains of hep b;
entecavir, telbivudine,tenofovir are other antiviral drugs,
there are some anti-viral drugs in trials, include emtricitabine,
famciclovir, clevudine, val-d-cytosine and valtorcitabine, alamifovir,
pradefovir, i didn't read into the details andnot sure if you could get
those in china, in general |

patients are treated with anti-HBV immunoglobulin. Chronic infection
treatment depends on severity of liver damage. If minimal liver injury and
viral titer is low, patient is usually monitored. If infection is more
active, interferon alpha as well as several reverse transcriptase inhibitor
can be used (such as Iamiudine, adefovir, entecavir). In severe cirrhosis,

隔1-2周复查肝功能，同时定量HBV DNA并检测HBV血清学指标。然后就遵医嘱吧。慢性
乙肝治疗目前的guideline非常明确，没什么可纠结的，显然不必回国治疗。
抗病毒治疗可以考虑首先采用peg-interferon长效干扰素（有几点因素需要考虑），核
苷类抗病毒药物（Entecavir or Tenofovir）作为候选，根据具体情况选择用药。
不管怎么说，慢性乙肝患者需要积极治疗，毋庸置疑。 |

suppressing viral replication to a very low level, it gives the liver a
chance to repair.
it is an exaggeration to say there are no side effects. |

1。做肝活检，再决定是否用药
2。直接上Entecavir，但是医生说一旦开始，就要一直用下去
我自己的情况是一直肝功正常，DNA 从2014年到现在是 5000+， 3000+， 2004， 3000
+。医生看到我最近升高提出的建议。请问我这样的情况需要上药吗？我凝血功能好像
不是很好，生头胎的时候出了很多血，所以医生说活检的副作用是出血我还是有点担心

发帖数: 117 | 18 前面有人提到‘努力吃药’，这里努力吃药的意思是。。。虽然没有药物可以杀死HBV
病毒,但是可以通过一些抗病毒核苷类药物或者干扰素来抑制病毒的复制，降低病毒在
人体的活性，有名的有 lamivudine (拉米夫定), adefovir （阿德福林） 和
entecavir （恩替卡韦）, 以及 telbivudine. 一旦有需要开始服药，就是长期性的，
所以要‘努力’。

么做？自然应该是把所有的带都质谱鉴定出来作为候选，然后层层筛选，最后哪个真的
成了，才做数。显然这部分工作量很大的工作时没办法也没必要放到文章中去了。
简单答复一下你后面的几个问题。
1. 关于美国做HBV的好lab
我不厚道的笑了，事实上HBV方向一年也难得能有几篇CNS，哥们你既然本身就是做HBV
的，也就在美国，这个圈子实在是小的不能再小了吧...开个会就能认全，聊天的时候
套个瓷差不多也就把博后位置敲定了。或者最简单的办法，直接查NIH funding。
2.关于乙肝病理
一般意义上讲，HBV复制本身不会对肝细胞造成直接损伤，病理反应是宿主免疫反应导
致的。对于chronic infection你的理解不对。慢性携带如果简单分类，可分为HBeAg
positive和HBeAg negative（HBeAb positive）两种情况，也就是耳熟能详的“大三阳
”和“小三阳”。前者病毒是活跃复制的，后者病毒复制得到有效控制，预后往往较好

Arrowhead发布旗下乙肝候选药物ARC-520 临床IIb期积极数据，通过与百时美施贵宝（
BMS）乙肝药Baraclude (entecavir)联合，用于治疗难治性HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎患
者。结果显示，ARC-520+Baraclude治疗组，患者血清HBV DNA水平可显著降低99.99%，
以奇效惊艳了业界。
消息发布当日，Arrowhead公司股价暴涨16.35%，最高位6.12美元，最终收盘5.94美元
，当日涨幅12.93%。同时，Arrowhead公司吸引了大批医药公司跟进洽谈收购，其中以

2. 目前ARC520在动物模型和临床实验中还没有展现出产生anti-HbsAg抗体的能力，重
新对HBV获得免疫力有待进一步验证。
谈论ARC520实现功能性治愈，为时太早。但公司此次商业运作做的不错，没有实质性进
展，但换了一个方式包装，成功或者媒体业界的广泛专注。 |

first line anti-vrial therapy for HepB because of its side effects,
inconvenience to take and the availability of many other oral meds with mild
