我的问题是，在高速辅路中间的lane行使的车，还要yield高速下来的车吗？我以前的
理解是只是靠近高速那条辅路开的车才需要yield高速下来的车，因为高速下来的车从
边上lane再插到中间lane应该算普通的变道了。但是有人说所有的辅路access lane都
要yield。德州法律是这样说的，似乎是所有辅路道都要yield.

周二晚上去地铁站接朋友，久候不到，准备开车回家吃饭。应该从趴车处前直行20米，到
大路右拐。但一出parking lot还分出了一条路右拐，晚上11点半也没仔细看我就拐进去
，结果警灯一闪就把我抓住了。
警察上来说你开到地铁巴士站专用道了，路口有一个do not enter 牌你没看见吗？叫我
交驾照和registration，第一次和警察打交道没经验，没申辩就让他拿走驾照，结果就领
了一张罚单，上面写fail to obey trafic control device( do not enter)。
第二天去观察了一下现场，那个do not enter牌正在右侧巴士站专用道分出主道处，主道
比较宽，如果坐在车上能一眼看到前面有个stop sign，但不小心就看不到这个do not
enter。实际上如果正处在右转的位置时是看不到这个do not enter牌的，除非倒车回去
看，晚上更是看不到了。
因此觉得有点冤，罚75倒没什么，主要是怕影响驾驶记录，马里兰又很变态，PDL要18个
月violation free才能转正式驾照。
请大家看看有没有必要上庭申辩一下，这种罚 |

140几个月前被RFE，现在还在等消息。
485-concurrent filing，还是用H1B工作，回美visa已过期。
最近收到EAD和AP在一张卡上，
是不是说可以在此期间离境？也可以为别的公司工作？

因为我不需要去说明可以。 你的解释会造成误导，所以我才和你讨论。但是你现在的
论据就是网上搜到的”悲剧“。
你可以读一下什么样的才不能 进行adjustment of status. 没有一条说申请了H1B就不
能adjust.

这个新工具是USCIS 最近推出来的，很有意思，他的本意是提供自己或者employer用来
查询是否申请人的背景和他的信息是否相符，不过这个审核也是对应了USCIS自己使用
的DHS的security check 系统。大蜜也去做了个测试，现在是clear了，但是基于大蜜
本身485被审核打18个月的经历，不知道之前要是自己也去run会什么结果。 不过呢，
这个可以供大家在485 阶段如果等待时间超过normal processing time后做的一个自我
审查所用。

answer the question let the consular officer think he encouraged someone to
enter the U.S. in violation of law.
As you mention the "A waiver is possible but only if the person whom he
helped to enter the U.S. in violation of law was his spouse, child, or
parent"
The case did meet the this requirement. and I also think it is a
mispresentation, do we need to admit it and appeal it?

As a general rule, an alien who has filed for Adjustment of Status in the US
must apply for Advance Parole and use the Advance Parole to come back to
the US in order to keep his / her Adjustment of Status application.
Conversely, travels without Advanced Parole will cause USCIS to consider the
pending Adjustment of Status application to be abandoned, even if the alien
comes back to the US on a valid visa. H-1 and L-1 visa holders are the
