在NIH， J1第五年是不可以Transfer的, 全部是自己先搞定Waiver, 新的单位直接办理
H1B
所以你只要找到新单位，可以直接办理H1B， O1 visa
找不 到， 可以先在一个学校挂着， 混F1 visa

which you entered the country for the purpose for which you are requesting
an ITIN一句如何理解。
如果你的ITIN是2012年的报税用，而你的183天计算又是三年/两年天数加起来算的，也
就是说有多个entry date的时候，或者entry date早于2012年，应该填哪个entry date
? 我也不是很清楚。
那个例子似乎只能说明，如果2011是B2入境，2012是工作签证入境，则应该填2012的入
境日期，但对于2011，2012都是B2入境，且两年停留日期都要计算进去的情况似乎与例
子有所不同。

然后敲如下命令(记得不一定准确，看联机帮助)：

前言
有时候，大家会发现有些话题或者有些经常会讨论到的问题在站上找不到相关版面，于
是，就会萌生“为什么不开一个新版面让大家集中讨论这类话题”的想法，于是，就出
现了关于开新版方面的相关事务。历来，对于开新版的条件总是在变动，站务在判定是
否开新版都因每一届站务的标准不一而没有一个稳定或者说是较为规范化的程序，这在
持续开展工作和指导网友申请的过程中带来很多不便和问题，于是我仅代表本版整理制
订了这个管理规定，旨在规范申请程序和指导网友申请。
一、开新版的前提条件
1、与站上其他版块无冲突
2、不违背站规及相关法律条文规定（当地法律为准，会斟酌参考国内法律）
3、明确表示支持的有效支持数必须>=50
4、效支持者为站上常驻ID
5、申请有效期为30天
二、受理条件
1、同时满足第一款前两项条件
2、使用模板发文[参看模板发文指导]
3、加G表示受理
三、开版

新版申请管理规定
前言
有时候，大家会发现有些话题或者有些经常会讨论到的问题在站上找不到相关版面，于
是，就会萌生“为什么不开一个新版面让大家集中讨论这类话题”的想法，于是，就出
现了关于开新版方面的相关事务。历来，对于开新版的条件总是在变动，站务在判定是
否开新版都因每一届站务的标准不一而没有一个稳定或者说是较为规范化的程序，这在
持续开展工作和指导网友申请的过程中带来很多不便和问题，于是我仅代表本版整理制
订了这个管理规定，旨在规范申请程序和指导网友申请。
一、开新版的前提条件
1、与站上其他版块无冲突
2、不违背站规及相关法律条文规定（当地法律为准，会斟酌参考国内法律）
3、明确表示支持的有效支持数必须>=50
