正在考虑做back patio, side walkway, 和front entryway （门外的）. patio and
entryway 都做成stamped concrete. side walkway regular concrete.
面积 stamped concrete 649 SF, regular broomed concrete 184 SF.
找了两个公司。一个尚未开价，另一个开价为 stamped concrete $10/sf, regular
concrete $7/sf.
另外原有的砖铺patio和entryway都要remove. 合起来最低价只能砍到$7000.

However, adding a wall there really makes it look nicer
in my opinion. It highlights the entryway and it blocks the
north wind in the winter and adding privacy. Otherwise you
will get a cold draft into your home and people from outside
can see a good part of the inside whenever the door opens. |

个都是untique。如果你喜欢这种character的话可以继续使用这些。因为都很好看。或
者你可以重新refurbished她们，比如说漆一个颜色。换一个modern点的fabric（是我
就这么做）
不管是你自己弄的还是你刚买来的，这个owner看上去就是不怕bold color。其实搭配
的也还不错:
living room: build-ins做的相当不错。墙色有点过时了。这号色差不多是10年前左右
比较流行的。你可以把墙漆的潜一点，类似地板的颜色。然后地板refinish成深棕色（
图片正中间后方两个Build-in中间那个dresser的颜色）。地毯很漂亮，换一个浅色的
，米黄，米白的section沙发。再在上面吊一个水晶的chandelier增加点drama。这个房
间就会更好看。
entryway和sunroom都还可以了。。你重做也加不了多少钱。。。。
1.深地板不一定会让房间干净暗。

，二是有白蚁。inspection的人说要花大概5000块钱来修。不知道这个房子值得买吗？
我对这个gufas没有多大概念，不知道算是严重问题，还是属于常见的小问题？多谢了。
