寄出去的，现在有没有可能快到了？

大家是怎么把2张护照照片固定在485/131/765的申请package里的啊？直接拿个paper
clip恐怕弄不结识吧。
还有就是那个Medical exam的信封，大家是怎么固定到那一摞表格中的，还是直接放和
其他表格放到一个大信封里？如果用ACCO的那种fastener封485表格和支持材料的话，
没法封这个信封吧。 |

我在美国申请签证，当面申请之后，使馆把我的护照邮寄回来。
我需要提供这样一个prepaid的信封。
（please provide a prepaid self-addressed return envelope with a tracking
number, indicating the name and address both as sender and recipient.）
信封必须得有tracking number
但是邮局的人说，必须我当场邮寄的时候才能给有tracking number，
你这样付好邮费、把信封买走，是不给tracking的。
来版上请教一下怎么办？
别家，比如fedex可以买prepaid 信封可以给tracking吗？

以前很多人问起关于邮寄包裹的问题。本人几年来大小信件包裹寄过上百，这里根据本
人几年来的经验做一个总结。以下所有重量均是邮寄的实际重量（包括外包装和填充物
等）。目的是为了帮助大家节省一点邮费。大体上来讲，对于美国国内的邮寄，5 lbs
以下，用usps parcel post或priority或fedex差别都不太大的，最多相差不到$5。但
是国际和超过5 lbs的就可能有很大的差异。还有就是除了first class，其余的寄送方
式都以1 lbs为增加单位。即使是1 lbs 1 oz，也要按照2 lbs收钱。
美国国内包裹的邮寄。
平信(First class letter)：目前的价格是44美分。平信指厚度不超过1/8"的信件，其
实是很薄的。邮局有一个硬纸板，上面有一个很窄的洞。如果信件能够从洞里面穿过，
就可以认为是信件。否则就认为是First Class Parcel。价格马上就贵了。

左边是bubble mail，右边是小纸箱的package。
（问题一）请问我可以不可以用图2(stamps)的package/thick envelope 这个选项打
印左边或者右边的label？
图3是邮局官网看到的first class mail可以是纸箱形式。

priority envelop和priority padded envelop是不一样的，虽然只差了几毛钱。邮局

You can put the cover letter and DSF into an envelope and have the address
and stamp ready in the front. Give this envelope to the writer and tell him/
her s/he only needs to put the letter inside and mail it out.
Another way is: ask the writer to seal the letter into an envelope then give
it to you. You can put this envelope together with cover letter/DSF in

Unfortunately I was suprised to open the box and not find any product
activation codes anywhere. The Quick Start Guide says the activation code
for the 3 licenses is on the CD envelope, but the only thing on the envelope
is a sticker that says "Do not lose this envelope." That leads me to
believe taht the activation code should be on the envelope. Can you provide
a 3 user activation code? It would be ok to just email the code.
