Back ground: I have already got the B.ENG degree when I submit the application
for VISA. If you are just a last year student waiting for the diploma, i
recommend you to submit your transcript in orginal, with envelop and seal
stamp would be better. |

(addressed to ECFMG), and then ask them to give to me, I put them together
into a Fedex envelope, then send to ECFMG by me? ......Can I even attach my

collect them, send them to ERAS as a bunch. In this case, you have the
control of timing and tracking.
If you ask your writer to send out the letter for you, it'd be better to
provide him/her a paid envelop with tracking # on it and make sure he/she
remember to use your envelop.

其實去年十月汕頭莊建堅主教已收到教廷的指示，他請我幫他聯絡教廷。我托人親手把
他的信送去傳信部，又請傳信部部長轉交一份副本給教宗，不過我不知道那副本是否到
達教宗枱上。還好那時韓大輝總主教還在羅馬，他向教宗道別時有機會和他談了汕頭及
閩東的事，原來教宗並不知情，且答應韓總主教他會關注。
聽了韓總主教轉告我教宗說的話我放心了。但十二月發生的事使我更加吃驚。當傷心而
年老的莊主教請我把他對「教廷赴北京代表團」所傳訊息向教宗回應的信傳去羅馬，我
當然一口答應了。但我有什麼辦法能保證他的信能到教宗手裡（我自己的許多信也不肯

去年8月25号晚上,从家里去学校的路上被抓,40的路,条子说我开了54.二话不说,一张

谁知道我把日子记错了,递交motion那次忘记去了.第二天再去,说只能重新安排时间.于
是motion递交排到1月27号,今天trial.我对本州的speedy trial不是狠了解.由于上一
次也是我的失误,没能按原有排期,所以我也不指望靠speedy trial的trick了.

目前邮局将全球分成几个zone,每个zone收费不同。具体看病人地址然后用usps.com查
询。运往加拿大和墨西哥比运往其他国家便宜。具体参考usps.com
下面只是陈述通用的一些条例:
一般来说轻的东西international first class mail最便宜，但是没有insurance,没有
dc，必需低于4lbs，不能在paypal和usps里面打label，必需直接在邮局运。如果要运
的东西超过两，建议先用usps.com查询，有可能first class比priority还贵。
international priority mail有tracking,有免费的基本insurance，(好像这个基本的
insurance是根据东西重量自动计算的)，如果你要保更多的钱，就需要单独买了。
international flat rate envelop rate是9块到加拿大和墨西哥，11快到其他地方，
最多放4lbs，直接用邮局美国国内的flat rate envelop就可以。
international flat rate box是23快到加 |
