我在3.18号连续参加了两轮45分钟的Amazon的technical phone interview, 自己觉得

不过，到今天为止过了快两周了，也没有消息。前天跟recruiter催了一下，答复说：

我有两个问题想问问各位。
第一个，Amazon面试官说，intern最多3轮技术面试，也可能两轮，难道他们是根据第

much to back up their claim.
你提到的这个社会主流想法可以商榷的地方更多，我个人认为亚裔被牺牲（很多白人也
被反向歧视）的主要原因是亚裔这个族群在政治上绝对处于弱势，没有人在乎你。就像

如果他们明确给出反馈, 反馈确实可以看出是拿比例说事, 那么
这个问题的根本, 不是AA, 而是没人去告他们/学校.
追求diversity是完全合情合理合法.
关键问题在于怎么追求diversity.
比如, 私人愿意自个儿出钱提供个教育基金, 专门给minority postdoc培训
教他们怎么写proposal, 怎么拿funding, 怎么包装自己..
然后, 招人的时候, 招到了包装更好的minority faculty. 这个, 比说
我就要diversity所以要招minority, 合情合理合法多了吧?
或者, 简单点, 去找一个属于minority的好candidate, 邀请他/她来申请,
这个更没问题吧?
反之, 我说极端点, 见到不是minority的candidate, 上去一枪打死, 这个, 也达到了
diversity的目的. 是不是就合法? 不是. 因为这个触犯了其他法律.

替别人顶缸的意思是说, 比如我来分pie, 如果真按某客观标准, 可能
结果是白人20, 亚裔75, 黑人5.
现在AA说要照顾少数群体, 所以我多给给黑人点, 他们变成10吧. 这个,
我嘴里承认是对他们的照顾.
我另外也觉得亚裔太多(当然我嘴里不承认), 于是压成白人40, 亚裔50.
然后你说, 反AA. 好, 我承认, 我接受. 不再公开照顾黑人了,
变成白人42, 亚裔53, 黑人还是5.
反正少招亚裔那部分, 我不是根据AA做的, 我也没承认自己额外少招亚裔了.

为什么我这么说, 其实很简单, AA这个executive order, 有没有规定说你们
学校招人的时候, 必须招百分之几的minority? 我绝对不相信有.
那么不管是EOD, 还是其他类似的组织, 他们是根据什么去这么"handles things"的呢?
只有两个可能, 要么, 是他们自己想出的, 达到这个"diversity"的方法.
要么, 是他们上司给出的某种guide line, 以达到这个"diversity".
想达到"diversity", 根本谈不上对错. 对错, 只存在于具体方法中.
你觉得他们错, 你不说, 别人不说, 大家不说, 自然错的也就不是错的了.
那么你要说的话, 你是说"我认为diversity不好",
还是说"我认为这个手段去达到diversity是不合理/违法"的呢?
我选后者. 这就是我说的, 不反AA, 反对具体手段的意思.

You need good argument to back up. Also, you can't really fight back EOD. Of
course they can't put things down your throat, at least for us at this
moment. But they can ruin your hiring for sure. |

今天收到保险的EOD，发现有一颗保险拒付，原因就是我的dentist没有file pre-

电话保险，保险说这个dentist的错，让我和dentist联系。
打了电话给牙医，他们说要查一下，回头在复我。

hundreds stocks on 20 or so candlestick patterns.
He used EOD, and based on what I said,
given patterns, most following probabilities of up/down
for the following day is more or less 4x - 5x.
But it really depends on how you read those, I think an
exit plan is more important in many cases. Counting
following up/down ain't exact way to evaluate it.
As of intraday trading, I found candlestick patterns are
pretty effective.

history quotes, splits and dividend info, 每天下载EOD数据，然后adjust close
price locallly，用CSV存数据。
下一步除了打算用C#重新实现一遍外 (Ruby的运行效率比较悲剧），还打算用Key-
Value store来存数据，可能5min或者1min。
目前基本上就是个screener, 跟踪S&P 1500大概1500个股票。

可以在amibroker里面写好自己的交易策略然后让系统给你做backtesting
还可以做profolio backtesting.
一秒不到就可以做一个symbol的10年backtesting，还有直观的result.
比较吸引人的是EOD data可以从yahoo finance免费下载
也可以搭配很多broker的api下载日内的data.
