以避免的。而且就算是起了水泡，亦有一些方法可以减轻其引发的痛楚或降低患处受感
染的机会。
皮肤和其它对象的表面因接触而过度摩擦，就会产生水泡。首先，皮肤的表层（
epidermis）会与其下的组织出现脱离的现象（但未有做成开放性伤口），体液就会逐
渐积累于这空间之中而形成水泡。由于脚和手经常要与鞋、球拍或其它的器械接触及摩
擦，所以是人体最容易起水泡的部位。此外，湿润的皮肤与及和暖的温度也是形成水泡
的有利条件。
要预防水泡，便要减少摩擦的机会。以脚部来说，就得先从选购鞋子开始。首先
，要选购专门为该运动而设计的鞋子，鞋子的大小要适宜，不可过松或过紧，穿上后长
度方面最好仍然有一个大姆子宽的虚位。此外，试穿鞋子时应同时穿上正式运动时会穿
上的袜子或鞋垫类物品。由于脚部会在一天的活动中逐渐胀大，所以最好在一天中的下
午或黄昏时候才到鞋店选购鞋子。如有可能的话，购置鞋子前应在鞋店内穿上试走，甚
至试跑一会，回家后再穿上一至二小时，以找出仍然感到不适的部位，好让在适当的位
置加上软垫。第一天只适宜连续穿 |
