1). 儿科最后一页上的Musculockeletal Diseases是考试的重点，在CK和Step3中考了
很多次，不是诊断就是治疗
A. Congenital Hip Dysplasia: 小小Baby骑在马具(harness)上操纵(maneuver)玩具小
马.
B. Legg-Calve-Perthes disease: 2-8岁，"Terrible two"两岁的孩子坏死了(
Avascular necrosis),两侧hip同时手术（Legg=leg+leg）.
C. Slipped capital femoral epiphysis: 肥胖的青少年，逃课(slip)到学校外(
externally rotated leg)，用钉子(pinning)把他/她固定在教室内(internal
fixation)椅子上。
2). 含有egg成分的vaccine：influenza + yellow fever：流蛋黄。

一个好的口诀胜读10遍书，记住的知识点那是经久不忘，真是受益匪浅。我和Jeff一起
学习的时候编了不少好的口诀，现在Jeff考试考完了，match完了，抽点时间和我一起
把我们之前的口诀总结出来，一来是奉献麦地，也希望能够帮助后来的同学，二来是防
