在一个含有许多同质agent的经济环境下分别定义Competitive equilibrium，也就是所
有agent把价格认为是恒定的均衡，再定义一个Nash equilibrium，也就是所有agent考
虑他们自身market power的均衡，结果发现Nash equil. 与 competitive equil. 不同
（这不稀奇），且当agent数量向无穷多趋近时，Nash equil.也不收敛到competitive
equil.
有没有这种可能呢？ |

可能文化真的是唯一的办法了，之前试过的各种制度，最后都因为执行者固化自己的利
益，变成了完全相反的样子
特别是政府这个执行者，真是最糟糕的选择了，完全就是黑社会，强买强卖，质次价高
市场是比政府好一点的执行者，然而市场并不完美，部分因为信息不对称，还有就是
collusion，最根本原因还是资本的力量太强大；原本以为技术是个great equilizer，
但是现在看来技术也成了资本的奴才，你看湾区那些莫名其妙的startups
市场＋政府的组合也好不到哪里去，简直遗传了双方最糟糕的部分，天朝就是一个活生
生的例子
可是文化这玩意也被资本劫持了，你看好莱坞这鬼样子
所以我对Dan Price很佩服，也许他能走出一条不同的路来；即使失败，他也是英雄 |

debt B to taxpayer. Is it worse or better? To me it is better. After paying
tax $8 billion, GM own no loan to taxpayer. All loans are paid back. The
remaining is not a loan but equility investment. GM owns nothing to taxpayer
now.

买的loaner, 到手时候4k5, 现在14.8k了, 刚过了10k
2014 model year, 老2.5T+6AT, 比不上现在的车了, 但是优点也有, 皮实耐操, 87就
可以, 动力还是很足. 超车非常随意, 起步踩狠轮胎会叫.. 荒无人烟的地方开过110 (
以后再也不干这事了..) 90左右的时候依然信心很足, 很稳健.
缺点也很明显, turbolag非常严重, normal D档我觉得还是肉lol, S档很激动, 换挡顿
挫很大.
驾乘感觉: 加速/超车绝对够用, 转向很有信心, 但是明显还是不够sharp, 响应并不够
迅速, 毕竟也就是个菜车. 悬挂整体来说明显还是偏硬风格的.
高速平稳, 很安静, 85以上会有一些风噪, 感觉主要是后视镜附近的扰流带来的一些不
高频风噪.
Local的话turbo介入和拍档算是合拍, 短暂的lag之后动力很充足; 刹车很线性,灵敏让
人还是比较有信心
油耗: 开得猥琐点我能开到标称油耗21/31, 告诉开80左右的时候及时油耗大概就是30

1. 工资经常能谈个15～20%的涨幅，作为international assignment incentive bonus
2. 房补我看到的没有那么高，在中国也就3000刀左右，日本到有4500刀。
3. 每年的home trip, 很多时候只给coach class吧。
4. 教育补贴偏少，每娃每年最少180K人刀。
5. 通常还要有一个 cost of living adjustment，我看到的都在5000到1万人刀每月。
6. 公司一般提供international tax equilization或者international tax
protection. 就是你每月交一个hypo tax,回头再慢慢算。一般来说international tax
protection更有利。
6. 还有一个非常重要，但很多人在板上都没提到的，就是医疗保险。 要尽力争取
cigna的国际保险。 这样能保证全家老小能去up to US standard的医院和享受up to

另外味精兄，做后期哪些功能需要？里面太多，但标准的几个步骤好像就用4，5个效果
还有在其他帖子里看到autotune是什么东东？难道个别地方唱的不到位可以用软件调？ |
