There may exist other equilibria where RE is not
satisfied. But you have to assume some sort of
belief system and RE is usually quite natural.

靠谱，很脱离现实，尤其是为了得出一些unique equilibria。但是multiple
equilibria好像不方便后续分析了。
现在似乎有滥用game theory的倾向。如果说在firm level/long term使用game theory，
就似乎比用到individual level/short term要更合理。individual level，例如
auction中，对bidder的假设等，感觉是在滥用game theory
如果问的重复问题，请指教一些reference可以学习的，谢谢 |

Abstract: In this study we investigated the mixing behavior of the Gemini
surfactants (T11H1SnH1T11 ,n=2,4,6,8) and oils (Tn ,n=2,3,4 ) in aqueous

I am not familiar with price rigidity under RE. Price rigidity through
staggered contracts itself is an old topic (by Taylor about 20
years ago). I would category it under case d) where the price / wage
cannot react quickly enough (due to contracts) to monetary/fiscal policy.
assuming finite contract terms and long - living workers, the outcome
and existence of equilibria probably depend on objectives of the
policy maker: a) if the objective is to boost output, I don't think you
can find any eq |

Tiebout's theoretical congecture of general equilibria is wrong. Weingast is
about applied stuff.
Anyway, today I've just found out that a person named Truman Bewley has
written a paper about it, proving Tiebout was wrong, and the paper was
published in Econometrica in 1981. But his approach is a little different from
mine.

或者chaos的模型。这类模型的困难在于取得好的数据支持，比如说如何验证宏观变量的
时间序列是由chaos产生的？我请教过系里的宏观老师，他们觉得欧洲的左派经济学学家
可能是受马克思对资本主义的看法的影响，比较喜欢内生周期的看法。在北美很少有人持这样
的观点。Chaos在80年代从数学流传到经济学，热门了一段时间，由于上面提到的难以
验证的问题，90年代这方面研究逐步衰退了。1992年Benhabib编辑了一本书，叫做Cycles
and Chaos in Economic Equilibrium，收集了这些方面的一些成果。Farmer的sunspot
equilibria/ indeterminacy也比较类似，在increasing return to scale的条件下，
人的belief变化就可以导致不同的均衡和产出波动。我记得他和Benhabib在Handbook
of Macro里面calibrate过一个这样的模型，说只要很小的increasing return to

到芝加哥三年，再到BU，BU没有给tenure，又出来找工作。那时我是学生，他来找工作
时候聊过，他当时就是用2007年econometria那篇找的工作，flyout前就被接受了。这
个文章本来投到了另外一个top 10的刊物，大牛看上后让他撤稿投econometrica，果然
很快就被econometrica接受了。不过文章里面也还是有点问题的，我记得里面有
multiple equilibria的情况，equilibrium selection这个部分做得不是很让人信服。
