大家好，
我07年曾经在美国做过两次Varicella vaccination,相隔3个月。最近刚查了Varicella
的血清免疫，serologic titer is 1.02 falling in the range of Equivocal (0.91-
1.09),如果>1.09被认为免疫。
我即将去上health professional program, 我想知道这个Equivocal对我上学有没有影
响，对以后进入临床实习呢? health professional program是不是对这个免疫要求很
严格？
如果有影响，我现在再打一针/两针能产生免疫吗？
我该如何办？任何建议和信息都非常感谢。 |

现在我们Program要求both 血清滴度AND documentation of 2 doses of varicella
vaccine，特别说明documenatation of history of varicella is no longer the
proof of immunity.
所以我想问equivocal能被视为Ig G Positive for proof of immunity?
如果不能，再打一针到两针能否达到免疫的滴度（titer>1.09).如果还达不到，是不是
就不能完成临床部分的训练？

我直接问了两个学校，有一个回复说再打两针，然后测滴度，如果还是阴性，就认为我
是non-converter,可以上临床，但是要有完整的打针记录。
另一个学校说，不用再打了，有两次打针的记录就行。
我又好好查了一下health profession对Varicella疫苗的要求，有的学校要求严格，非
要滴度阳性。有的学校按照CDC的要求--即两针记录或滴度阳性。有的学校认为现有的
commercial test available is not sensitive enough (has false negative),所以
即使是equivocal也接受。
