比如说美国很多的建筑都是一两百年前造的，但是现在还是好好地在用。以前在哈佛看
到过一幢宿舍楼，erected 16XX，现在的新生还住在里面。纽约，华盛顿，波士顿这些
地方一百年左右的建筑比比皆是，随便拐个街角就能看到。
中国好像就没这样有历史的，漂亮的，而且现在还在使用的建筑。故宫什么的，现在完
全就是个旅游地点，根本没人实际住在里面。中国有很多新的建筑，各方面都很好，但
是没有那种历史感。在中国到处走的感觉，就是这是个新的国家，而不是个有历史的国
家。
又比如美国的证券市场是全世界最复杂的最全面的，但是实际上管辖美国证券市场的两
部证券法一部是1933年起草的，一部是1934年起草的，现在还是美国资本市场最重要的
