许这就是大家在麦地都想看到的 nothing personal。
2.我说过我是个很阴险的人，“永不删贴”只是我个人的观点，版规需要麦地上所有同
仁共同决定。不是我一个人说的算，就算是在4个版主中，我猜想这个观点的得票率会
在1票左右，也不会通过。但有这么往右一说，估计删贴的力度会降低很多，任何事情
走了极端，都会产生相反的效果。我的“永不删贴”的另一个想法是，版主失去这唯一
的权利，大家或许会畅所欲言，不会有顾虑；再者，把怨气都发泄到这个虚拟世界里，
或许对许多人的现实生活有所帮助.我不怕骂仗贴，就那么一两个贴，几天就沉下去了。

一点小事就一定要上升到群体尊严上的人，那样，是loser。
但去年立山医生的事，所引发的震荡，在我们这个群体中，不算杯水风波、身边琐事了
吧？为什么没有一个群体的声音？！ACAP不要回避这个责任和失误！！
我敢把工作放了来准备考板，经济上是有困难的人吗？！
可能还是有些交流上的误解：我那句话得意思是，我们个体成员还是有责任，对我们的
集体ACAP不论是在道义上还是经济上，支持的力度不够，没有尽到责任。
ACAP既然是一个组织，作为领导者，你只能鼓励大家站到她的旗帜下，而不能强调困难

完成了住院医生和fellow培训，工作10多年了。

The medi board has trained generations of thugs by their exile leader. I have never PAed anyone first. I could be a feisty, mean fighter when it comes down to defend myself.
