phd + 3.5 years经验
今天收到HR的要做background check的信，然后说之后就要谈number，现在不知道Yelp
都是什么行情啊。只记得面试时候说了下现在的base，130多，HR表示要想增加20% is
not easy..另外他家股票最近虚高的厉害啊。
还请大牛们给个建议。
哦，忘了面经了，呵呵。
总共4轮，两个经理两个developer
1. design（如何存储cluster上每个机器的log）+ algorithm（找出一个stream
number中指定时间范围(滑动窗口）内的统计值，比如最大，最小，kth element,etc)

太爽，但想想也就算了，眼看利率上去了急着买房。
昨天已经下了OFFER了，比LISTING PRICE 还高一点怕有人抢。 但今天早晨AGENT才打
电话说忘了告诉我后院有个PRIVATE DRAINAGE EASEMENT，让我自己研究研究（没办法
她们现在太忙了！）。她自己觉得没太大影响。
上午趁上班时间好不容易找到了图，是个10 FT宽的EASEMENT正好从后院正中间横穿过
去。下午下班又去仔细看了看照了几张照片，目测估计应该正好在挡土墙外。
想问问版上有经验的朋友，这个EASEMENT到底有多大影响。另外刚才看到似乎栅栏处
EROSION挺厉害，是不是因为好久没人住的原因，好不好处理。
