Supply Chain其实涵盖很多，procurement, sourcing, logistics, manufacture,
inventory，我做的大部分是procurement sourcing和inventory方面的事情。很多是平
衡库存，制定采购计划，还有监督供应商的供货生产计划。
其实我很希望我的时间是排满的状态，说实话我之前的工作自己也觉得无聊，都没法让
自己忙起来，很多report之类的其实20分钟能做好的，老美非得做一个小时，本来也打
算过段时间自己走掉。我不在乎工作难不难，希望能多学东西。
电脑技能方面就是比较熟练运用普通的office软件和ERP软件。现在是OPT时期，希望找

感觉日常足够用了。对客户的这种需求的应对好像是PHP工作里80%＋的任务吧。当初看
taobao的数据结构变迁史，对他们把content字段从goods表里分出来大幅度减缓了
mysql压力而感到巨为惊讶。这么简单基本的东西他们居然才改，有点项目经验都不会
当初那样设计啊。也许是他们设计完之后又有别的需求太忙就顾不上优化这个了。
我不认为市场上用到的PHP需要多高水平。 |

从未申请过美国工作，某一天莫名其妙收到美国二流公司HR电话，而后面试，面试问题
非常之专业，通过，偶要了一个薪水，随便要的，现在看起来属于Senior第一年的薪水
，偏低了。3月份寄去H1材料，而后不再理我，导致我认为遇到骗子，在国内已经准备
好和朋友自己开公司了。8月份被告知H1批了，10月来美，这是几年前的事情了。我在
那个公司干了3个月，跳到现在的公司。
我现在项目里的一个contractor，也是H1从国内过来，他就是所谓ICC的，居然在加州
才给6万，这不过是我们这行刚进公司人的薪水，而他已经有4年经验了。
回到你的问题，可以拿到。只要你英语够好，技术够强。如果能接受ICC，可能性就更
大了，但，ICC不是人。国内什么学校不太重要，工作经验和曾经工作过的公司比较重
要。 |

为了维护开发ERP系统），会写复杂一点的网页（公司要发展网上销售业务），还能做
点硬件维护工作的中国学生。五月份毕业的最好，因为需要马上上班，FULL-TIME，并
可支持办H1B（律师自己找）。工资不太高，差不多5K左右（多少自己和老板谈吧，不
太好说，这个5K是我估计的），但在北卡的小地方，生活费很低，房子超便宜，而且是
刚刚开始的工资。如果能力很突出，公司也会支持办绿卡之类的。
个人以为不太适合那些喜欢做技术的计算机人才，反而是如果不太想做专才，但有计算
机专业知识，又想做管理工作的人可以考虑一下。北卡及其附近的学生会优先考虑，但
是因为公司在附近招了很久也没有招到（个人以为主要是信息没有传播出去），老板同
意扩大招聘地区，所以那里都可以，当然离北卡越近越好。专业也不只是限制在计算机
，能力到了，别的专业也没有问题，但是希望是理工科背景，并有上述能力就可以。

其实你的想法就是物流是个没什么技术含量的活，不是个decent job，这点我没武断吧
？“稍微会编程的人都不屑去做物流”。这其实就是典型的desk level技术员的眼界，
至于它的狭隘性没有论证的必要了。技术含量高的活，比如编程，我们有个说法叫“码
农”或是“IT民工”。
我到也不是要证明物流是多么好的一个行业。好坏的标准不同，得先定义什么是好什么
是坏。
