火和防火的，真不管这种救援。很多地方没有救援力量。
还有，我不认为这个生命威胁是大自然带来的，是自己带来的。
我认为这个警察的行为是职务行为，不是个人行为。
1.他们是接到报警以后，出警的。这样的话，不是个人就救谁，而是在行使国家机器的
职能。
2.似乎当时是一群警察，你很难说他们都是同时“自发”去见义勇为的吧。不现实。
是fire fighter或者其他专业队伍。 如果没有人受到犯罪分子的威胁，警察是不该出
动的。 |
