原来的法案是把普通h1b增加到11万， 现在变成11万五。 原来是根据市场情况每年增
加10000, 直到180000, 现在变成只要相关专业失业率是4.5%，就可以增加两万。 而专
业工作的失业率近年一直维持在3.8%.
所以移民改革如果通过， 明年可以多出七万五，后年九万五。。。。

后门电话能直接接通到credit analysts/Credit Departments / Account Managers /
Account Specialists，这些人能reconsider and decide大家的信用卡申请，信用额度
增加，利率高低等并且立马实行。但是后门电话也不是万能的 不能不顾自己的credit
见好卡就申 不过就打后门电话 还是要硬件条件做好了才是正道，最近就有几个ua被拒
reconsider成功 但是全部chase卡全部被关的情况
如果大家发现有的电话号码换了 打不通了 或者发现有新增号码 请pm我 我改进 增减

折，再加上用10%的coupon买东西，应该很划算。
谁知道对方说是寄出了，但是我却一直没有收到。忙着装修，等空闲下来上网查，对方
已经提供了一个邮局的tracking#,显示已经deliver。我急了，打电话去问ebay客服并
同时file claim。客服很客气的告诉我，ebay protection program会cover我的损失，
但是要等7天以后我才可以escalate。 我等，我等，第5天，收到ebay邮件说对方已经
escalate，我觉得奇怪，赶紧又打电话去问ebay，结果对方另一个客服说，我这样的情
况，对方提供了tracking#，显示deliver，那对方就没有责任，所以，$240不能退我，
莫名其妙我就被抢了$240？！又回答，要买$250以上才要求signature confirmation.
我的case,对方没有买保险，没有买signature confirmation是可以的。我郁闷死了，

price to seller,可能对老美数学不怎么好的也挺challenged,这说明了从小学好
数学的重要性:P。外加offer contingency有区别的话，也伤脑筋。确实有卖家不考虑
escalation clause的offer.但是如果大家都出这种，最后和一般Offer也没啥区别，就
是排队麻烦点。 |

大概浏览了一下外国人在中国的论坛，里面关于约会relationship的版块基本都成了外
国男人们炫耀自己“战绩”排行榜，大家纷纷都在晒自己最近的“艳遇”，大概看了一
下，一个外国男人从18岁到81岁，不论身材如何，相貌如何，在中国待一两年，上几十
个中国女人基本是平均数如果有心的话，睡一两百国女都是很容易的事情，（这里指的
不是鸡），很多都是学生，白领，有素质有相貌的中国女人。而且一分钱不用付，很多
中国女人倒贴钱让老外上，并且带出去向别人炫耀，很长“面子“。
