另外一个买家的是 maximum up to $540,000 with increments of $2,000
那到bid的时候，selling agent是直接拿另外一个买家的最高上限$540K给我看，让我
再上面加$2K 到 $542K？
如果另外一个买家虽然说maximum是$540K,但实际他可能到$530K就不愿意往上加了。那
么我加到$542K岂不是亏了？
写得可能有点乱，不知道有没有表达清楚，希望有escalation经验的朋友多多指教。

最大值。
最近想抢个房子，要价1M，我想用Escalation Clause设个最大值1.1M，经纪却说卖家
不喜欢，应该直接就出1.1M。这个是湾区的规矩么？以前我在别的州就是用Escalation
Clause搞的。

我上传照片，卖家开始说联系经理，后来就没有回音。过了一周我要求escalate，当天
就收到失败的决定。
我的证据是，邮寄的箱子只能装进一只手机，无论横着还是竖着第二只手机都会高出箱
子一点，但估计也应该能硬装进去第二只，箱盖应该也能封住，但不会平。上传的照片
是手机与箱子的横竖对照。
卖家应该是店铺，只是这款手机就卖了几千只，当时就看中这点才买他家的。无论什么
原因，我是真的只收到一只啊，上千块钱，我该怎么办下一步？

拿下来也可以withdraw，他说540K，被你bid掉他也可以再加。
出offer比的是诚意，让seller觉得你比别人都想要这个房子，更能最后close。比如
inspection for information only，bank commitment letter，以及适当透露一些个
人信息，比如rental lease两个月就到期，必须搬家之类。这些比多出几千块有利多了。 |

？由于这件事情，你损失了多少钱？你的医疗费一万美元也打住了吧？
你想告，需要有专家作证你受了什么伤。我们公司请的医生，作证$750/h，先预付4小

上个月她在LA转机时,也是乘escalator上楼时,
被前面的一个推车的中国老太太摔倒连人带行李砸倒.
她还怀孕6个月,被行李卡住不能动,脚被电梯卡住带着走出了很多血,老太太也动不了,
是一个很偏的escalator,周围都没有机场人员,
正好有2个路过的男生帮助按了紧急停的按钮.
她说后来机场的人来了态度也非常不好,
当时急着转机,忍痛离开了.回来后休息好多天.
escalator是不许推车的.以后看到有人推车上escalator,
能劝阻就劝阻,不能劝阻就离他们远点...
不过,机场警察的态度太恶心了.
LZ可以先咨询一下律师,有胜算的话,值得一驳
证据重要,监控录像会不会被他们删了.证人又很难找.
加州那边是不是有个日本议员叫HONDA,在竞选,不知道给他写信会不会有效果...
真是很可气觉得... |
