Actually, people that develop peptic ulcer disease from H.pylori, the most
common presentation with H.pylori, will almost never develop cancer. In the
US, doctors are already suspecting that H.pylori may actually decrease the
risk of esophageal cancer.

pathology, which can be seen on chest x-ray, including lung cancer (#1 cause
of cancer death), emphysema (#4 cause of death overall), esophageal cancer,
head & neck cancer, heart disease. All of may have different clues on a
chest x-ray.
If you are TB positive and you have a lung nodule, you are likely to have TB
and need treatment.
If there is a nodule, you need work up regardless whether you smoke or not. |

孩子大，我也胖，吃的还多，怀孕期间烧心很严重。除此之外还有食道炎（
esophagitis）和 胃炎 (peptic gastritis), 医生给开了pantoprazole 40mg 的 口服
的药片，要求每天2片，服用2个月，然后每天1片，再服用1个月。问题是我现在喂奶，
上网查了一下，好像这种药就是减少胃酸分泌的。不过我现在已经没有烧心的症状了，
如果不吃药，胃炎和食道炎能自己好吗？我知道最好吃药，不过我因为没有什么症状，
又在喂奶，能不能等断奶以后再吃药呢？我现在孩子4个月，如果等到孩子9个月断奶，
胃炎和食道炎会耽误吗？还有我没有幽门杆菌，我猜想我的食管炎和胃炎可能是食管疝
引发的，可能怀孕期间孩子大把胸膜顶破了，我查了一下好像说食管疝一般不需要治疗
，我的疑问是那样的话，是不是稍微吃多一些胃是不是还会跑到胸腔里呢？以后要注意
些什么呢？ 我能想到的就减肥，以后吃饭定时定量，还有饭量尽量减少，不能吃太饱
？请问大家还有什么注意呢？ |

就足够了。我也只是贯彻执行而已。另外一个牛人说，如果能把uw的难题／总是错的题
，比如说esophageal rupture搞定，分数应该会往上涨，事实也证明了这一点。我们组

发帖数: 44 | 50 今天得知了step3的成绩，210+，心里的石头终于落下。终于轮到我给USMLE说再见了。
回顾从step1自己闭门造车考了只带一个9的分数， step2开始参加小组学习，做了所有
能做的题只为拿个99，虽胸有成竹且考试感觉很好，最终但又得到一个9的分数。虽然
这次成绩不高，依然很高兴，毕竟不用发愁如果没过的话住院医开始后没有时间复习该
咋办。过去的3年中得到太多人的帮助 (此处略去人名20个)，绝大多数甚至从未谋面。
今天发贴也是为了回报我们这个社区吧。
自我介绍：毕业>15年，220+/220+/1st/210+；
复习时间：6月，头4个月每天约2-3小时，周末由于陪孩子们玩（前两年欠的太多，你
懂得）及做点家务（再不做但心被老婆炒掉），反而复习不了多少；最后2个月每天4小
时，鼓励自己考了这个2年内再不用受这个罪。
复习资料：随大流，MTB 3, UW CCS, UW step3 Qbank, UW step2 Qbank;
模拟：考前2月，NBME 1 190+, 考前1周，NBME 2 220+;
