網），改用VERIZON FIOS光導纖維三合一服務。
VERIZON FIOS最基本的套餐叫做SELECT HD 套餐，包括常見的英語臺，例如：BBC
World News, BBC America, CNN, CCTV-9 （中國中央電視臺英語國際頻道），ABC,
CBS, NBC, PBS, FOX, 和若干美國西班牙語電視頻道。
提供頭三個月免費三個漢語國語頻道，一個粵語頻道：CCTV-4（中央電視臺國語國際頻
道），CTI（台灣中天頻道），PHOENIX AMERICA（鳳凰衛視美洲臺），TVBe（香港翡翠
台粵語）。第四個月起要收費。
自己掏錢訂了以下外語頻道：
法語：TV5MONDE（法國電視五台國際頻道），每天早上六點到六點半是轉播加拿大廣播
公司國際臺法語頻道Radio Canada Internationale,大多是報導加拿大魁北克省的新聞
，不僅播音員講法語，受採訪的加拿大官員和民眾也都講法語。有些姓名為英語姓名的
加拿大官員也能講非常地道的魁北克法語。

开一字长蛇阵了。冲到队伍最前面，想搞分广告看看，碰到一墨西哥大叔排在第一。偶
问一句广告哪里有啊？人冲我说了一句：Español ？偶彻底无语。后来仔细一
看，原来人手里拿的不是广告，是买laptop的ticket。
后来我们兵分两路，偶去隔壁CompUSA排。再后来偶还在排着呢，就看到这个Espa&
ntilde;ol叔叔手里拿着好几张ticket过来，问laptop要伐，laptop要伐。搞了半天原
来是通宵排队就为了搞几张ticket倒卖倒卖啊。偶好奇问了一句，你开价多少？答曰20
刀。偶也不要laptop，就没继续说。看他沿着队伍走了一圈回来，手里还是拿着那么几
张ticket，看来是没生意。
这年头黄牛也不容易啊，Español黄牛就更难了。 |

与其认为公投加强了加泰罗尼亚人的独立意识，不如认为是西班牙政府对2017年公投的
暴力镇压促成了加泰罗尼亚地区的反政府态度。独立这一议题开始成为连接所有加泰罗
尼亚人对中央政府不满情绪的公共平台。对中央政府暴力的记忆则又可以进一步成为今
后加泰罗尼亚政党以民族主义为基础进行政治调动的重要资源。
10月1日，西班牙加泰罗尼亚自治区举行全民公投，决定是否正式独立。西班牙宪法法

a)是马德里市西班牙20世纪建筑的典范；二是西班牙大厦是整个西班牙历史的共同记忆
符号，拆除重建会失去历史价值。
西班牙大厦(Edificio España)免于拆建，主要原因就是民意向背。发起联名
抗议人何塞·比拉罗波思建立“反王健林拆楼重建”网站，有7万市民支持何塞反拆建
倡议。再是当地政府尊重民意，唯民意是瞻，不敢背着民意搞暗箱操作，更不敢招投标
收取回扣。马德里市长多次否决王健林万达拆建计划。
2013年9月，身价1350亿人民币的王健林走进西班牙，投资酒店娱乐业，花费2.65
亿欧元买下马德里标志性西班牙大厦。皇马主席曾向王健林兜售伯纳乌7000万欧元年价
冠名权，被王健林拒绝。王说：“我是中国人，不是阿拉伯人。”嗣后不久，万达与马

Each year NED makes direct grants to hundreds of nongovernmental groups
abroad working to ensure human rights, an independent media, the rule of law
and to advance other democratic goals.
We encourage applications for financial support from activist organizations
in diverse situations, such as transitional countries where the goal is
democratic consolidation, authoritarian countries where the goals are
liberalization, and the protection of human rights.

前殖民地在20世纪追求独立，往往包括尽力把对被强迫接受的语言的依赖降低到最低程
度。在一些地方，例如前西班牙殖民地菲律宾，西班牙语这一殖民语言已不再是通用语
言，但另一殖民语言英语作为商业语言则受到拥护。如今，不到百分之一的菲律宾人讲
西班牙语。然而，作家马戈特•科恩（Margot Cohen）指出，少数保留了西班牙
语和口音的菲律宾人发现，他们的这种技能使他们能够在业务外包产业中获得更高的薪
水，并且与顾客保持亲切互动。西班牙政府和菲律宾政府已经联手建设语言速成课程，
吸引来自亚洲各地的学生。讽刺的是，重燃对殖民语言的兴趣，对之不再采取蔑视的态

，還連線到在印度洋上搜尋的美國海軍艦艇司令。
西班牙語臺：CNN en español, 西班牙的TVE臺等，
法語頻道：TV5 Monde （法國第五電視臺國際頻道），
德語頻道：Deutsche Welle （德國之波，德國之聲），
俄語頻道：RTR Planeta, Russian Television Network, 等。
要有一定基礎（語法和詞彙），然後，聽得越多，就懂得越多。 |
