声音一般。
LTD 做工很好，比一般的USA Gibson 都要好。但是 ESP LTD JH-600 还不至于好到
greatest heavy metal guitar 的程度。
然后就是那个各种金属琴对比的video, 还可以。不过他有机会对比一下各个品牌下的
大师定制的金属琴的话那就更好了，那可是比 custom shop 要好不少呢。 |

现在公司换个地方,离家骑车才15分钟,不愿意做公交了,就买了一辆自行车,谈谈使
用感受,让大家乐和乐和
我的凤凰牌黑色大28脚动车，买了2个月，500公里了。总的来讲，除了做工粗糙了
点，的确能算一部好车！一直使用比较顺畅，保养得也比较好，现在看来还象新车一样
。今天特意发上来使用感想与大家分享.
1、磨合期 我的磨和期是跑得不错的，10公里内没超过8迈；20公里内没超过10迈；
30公里内没超过12迈。30公里后，拉过一次高速，到了极限21公里 /62转（再加就要进
医院了）。后来行车都保持15迈行车。偶尔也在红绿灯路口,一亮绿灯速到一分钟55转
25迈左右。所以的我的脚动波显得特别的灵敏，提速比较快。（可能是脚蹬子已经习惯
了我的驾驶习惯吧！）
2、改装 我基本没动过要改装机械部分的心思，因为我觉得凤凰车现在的状况已经
不错了，至少够我用的了。在提车时我就改装了真皮座位。当然没有选俗气的黑色，而
是选择了黑白相间的那种,就是在车座位底下按装有两个左右对称大弹簧那种,后来在坑

now!
C is not that difficult to work with, esp. if you have a decent statistics/
maths background. i actually have not seriously started to study C until
about 2 weeks ago and i feel sort of confident that i should be able to make
it this time (of course, as long as i work hard from now on to Nov. exam
date!)
So i guess you're in good shape, esp. considering you can study full time!

some computer sci. courses, esp the unix and some languagel
like c(++) and perl.
some life sci. course. esp the molecular
biology,biochemistry and biophysics.
some mathematical coures I didn't take yet.
Out of my expectation, Math background is the first
bottle-neck to me at present.Lots of formula in Bioin. is
hard for me to understand, though not hard to use. what I am
doing is just kind of memory job, without knowing how they
are proved.

for example, unknown SNP/mutation in your primer region will
certainly change PCR efficiency. Or DNA modification might change
primer binding. If you are a biologist, you would think of these first.
DNA 2nd structure is certainly another thing to consider, esp. since my
amplicons are short (~70-150 bp). My student spent quite some time on
this aspect (quite some $ on software as well) and results are dubious.
