加一次据称在凤凰城举行的国际学术会议，孰料所谓“会议”系美国司法部的“钓鱼执
法”，他在洛杉矶入境后当场被捕。3天后，美国司法部宣布起诉包括张浩在内的6名中
国公民（其中两人为天津大学教师庞慰、陈津平），罪名是“触犯经济间谍法”，涉嫌
窃取美国机密，为外国政府服务。除张浩以外，另5名被指控者均遭到美国司法部通缉。
案件的还原
由于近期中美关系十分紧张、微妙，“经济间谍”案立即引发两国媒体、观察家的高度
重视和“热情”解读。
