这早点的essense在于简单便宜遍地开花常吃不腻。

一团面一个炉子一锅油，
租个破门脸儿做这几样儿东西，还得让人天天排队吃不腻。
这条件，
没菜没肉没下手儿，
没功夫儿蒸煮炒煲。
反正尼玛嘛也没有。

发帖数: 547 | 13 我刚从onsite回来，来回一共花了3天时间。一天job talk，一天teaching demo。其中
参观学校，各种设施，吃饭4顿，加上coffee time，安排得满满的。
每次都是3人陪同，连去图书馆的路上都能换不同的人，而且是不重样的，汗死！
第一次onsite，反而没什么思想包袱，很多时候就是follow my heart了。当然也是和
他们系里的气氛有关，在饭桌上什么topic都谈，从winter olympics的figure skating
到dog show到谁家养的狗,还有系里头谁的老婆怎样怎样，系里谁最好相处都当着我的
面说。还好我是属于啥都能插得上句嘴的。希望这不是他们给我部下的局。
chair最后和我谈了谈tenure track,和benefit。其中虽然没有问我有没有别的offer，
但总是有意无意是说we don't care if you have other
offers,but we would like to let you know...

我的第一个电面就感觉糟到要撞墙了，我也是用手机，根本就听不清他们说什么。
大部分情况是我在这边喊，要么他们七嘴八舌说，要么就是一片沉默，搞得我后来彻底
frustrate。但刚在版上发帖子抱怨，onsite就来了。
就像版上tx说，他们电面之前就已经给你打好了分，最重要是他们觉得你有多合适，这
些电话因素他们都会考虑到的。
你可以发个email稍微解释一下，不用太强调，但他们会理解的。
对了，我刚从onsite回来，chair最后和我谈了谈tenure track,和benefit。其中虽然
没有问我有没有别的offer，但总是有意无意是说we don't care if you have other
offers,but we would like to let you know...
我也不知道怎么回，就说了time is the essense, when can you make a decision
她就说我们都知道一般offer都只能给你五天的时间考虑，但我们最快只能这个礼拜四

按我喜欢的顺序排列一下：
（1）我最喜欢的是Nexxus therappe luxurious moisturizing shampoo。洗完头发结
实了很多，也柔也亮，不用护发素都很好看。毕竟是salon的产品，还是专业很多吧。
（2）其次是Aveeno active naturals shampoo，这个也不错,很好。
（3）John Frieda root awakening shampoo，刚开始用的时候感觉还行，后来就木有
感觉了。
（4）Garnier fructis shampoo，以及一些国内就熟悉的品牌：潘婷、海飞丝、伊卡璐
等等，也就是洗发水而已。
2. 沐浴液
（1）最喜欢Olay olay total effects body wash。隔壁有mm说她lg喜欢用使皮肤变光

护手霜，面霜刚好送同事，和房东。其他自用。小二很nice，自己有些心虚。攒了20多
的白条，准备买新东西了。
