14年phd毕业，biostatistics
在一medical center做数据分析，挂了些文章，现换工作O1
paper一共10篇，都是journal，只有一篇一作
citation 40，
review 2
12-20号他们收到材料，28号查到REF，刚找律师要到REF信，感觉每一项都被IO质疑。
疑问是公司指派律师，也没看到PL。刚律师说io压根都没好好看他写的evidence，感觉
在buy time。
我准备了 5 封推荐信（2 dependent的，3 independent的）
其中比较stuggle的一点是

A. The single most essential supplement in my book would have to be
preformed fish oils (EPA/DHA, the two key long-chain omega-3 fatty acids).
It's not an over-exaggeration to say that they do everything and are almost
totally insufficient in our modern diet. Six 1-gram capsules per day (and I
prefer this to flax oil) should be mandatory. Honestly, this should be
considered a food anyhow.

singularity。它不是以简单的幂函数倒数的方式趋近于无穷，在它的附近观察，它富
含结构。如果以复数数列趋近于它的话，数列可以有任何极限。这里面是不是有混沌的
现象啊？
essential singularity一般发生在近解析函数趋近于无穷的时候。比如e^z，sin(z)，
还有我们的Zeta，Gamma，Alpha函数，都是essential singularity发生在无穷远点。
