estar 和 烧就buffet 意义上来说都不错。不过没有我原来在corpus christi 常去的

我还是来推荐katy 我最喜欢的一家吧。是越南店。不过是吃过材质最新鲜的一家。
是mason 和kingsland 交界处。
我现在不再特意去中国餐馆了，除非去买菜顺便。katy这边只去这家了。因为其他家的
蔬菜实在是没有可比性。
这么说吧。每次吃饭，吃的时候香，吃完觉得一般般基本是惯例。只有这家吃完以后就
是舒服。清爽，新鲜，就一个感觉，新鲜。
可能像我这种吃材质的人才会有同感。 |

很多老人家说，当年给10％小费就很不错了，等我十年前来美国的时候，被教育给15％

人说晚餐要给20％……
我尊重每一个劳动者的劳动，但是难道若干年来，餐馆服务生的劳动，相比后台大师傅
的劳动，变得更值钱了？我更相信是服务生贪得无厌，索要无度，再加上用餐顾客好面
子的结果。
以后我要恢复古风（其实也不算多古，就20年前吧），每餐只给10％小费，除非特殊情
况。
