It is one of the few Univ. in the US that offer a Ph.D. program in dance. Is

发帖数: 3616 | 41 这个问题我也由来已久，基本上都是办公室电脑前久坐坐出来的病。
不要指望理疗、推拿按摩能解决问题，这些手段至多只能暂时缓解下症状。
真正根治至少要做到三方面：
1.经常做拉伸，我基本每天早晚都做。做完很舒服，但这个并不治本。
2.锻炼.
包括无氧锻炼来增加腰腹背部的力量和肌肉，很多时候腰疼的原因是腰腹肌肉不够强壮
，不足以支撑上身，导致保持一个姿势长了以后肌肉僵硬。
有氧锻炼比如游泳，一周至少要进行1-2次，促进肌肉血液循环。
3.改善自己的坐姿和站姿。基本上有腰疼的人，坐姿和站姿都有问题，会很大影响到脊
柱的受力。
