我前几天去参加女子防身术课程，一进武馆就收到好多广告，号称修习武术可以提高小
孩子的智力发育，鼓励父母们带孩子去上课。我当时很惊讶，作为一个临床心理学出身
的心理学家，我多次帮助成人和孩子测智商。在临床上，一个人的智商其实是一个非常
复杂的概念，是信息处理速度，语言理解能力，工作记忆能力，神经感知能力等多个方
面能力的整合。我当时拿着宣传单心里全是怀疑，武术怎么能跟智力轻易的扯上关系呢
？听起来就是个噱头。但是不可否认的是，在美国武术馆的确到处都是，几乎每个稍大
的城市都有。美国家长热衷于早早送孩子去锻炼，一直练到黑带。我很多美国朋友，尤
其是男生，不论种族，都是某种武术的黑带。后来询问了一些已经为人父母的朋友们，
大家提到武术对自己和孩子的积极影响主要集中在强健体魄，提高身体协调能力，提高
对身体信号的感知，提高注意力和自信心， 等等方面。那么武术与智力发展到底有没

2016年高考作文全国卷
这个作文题的形式还不错——用漫画作为作文材料，符合现在学生的接受风格，这样的
题目好写，每个考生都有话可说，至少据此完成一篇作文不是难事，也不容易跑题。
但这样的题目有什么意义呢？我真是觉得这样的题目既肤浅，又无想象空间，与一个青
年人应有的思考力极不般配。它看起来可以发挥考生的观察能力，每个人可就自己所观
察的，审题、构思、找角度、表达观点，但它最大的局限是意旨简陋，指向性太明确，
且有过于清楚的价值暗示，这种暗示甚至是结论性的，无非就是不要以分数高低论输赢
，拒绝过于功利、严苛的教育方式，或起点低的哪怕进步一点也是进步，起点高的退步
一点也会被另眼看待，要辨证看进步与退步问题——如果考生真这么写，又太一般，太
没新意了，这是大家都懂的肤浅道理啊！结果估计就是千篇一律，都在说点小常识、小
道理，而要独辟蹊径，出彩，很难。想想真是很悲哀啊，全国卷，高中生了呀，还出如
此简单的、毫无思考力的题目给他们作文，数百万的青年，在人生的关键时刻，共同探

faculty来说可以算是很牛B了，但是对于老方这种senior的已经搞了一辈子的人来说，
就只能算so so。不要说是院士，离aps fellow的级别也还差了不少。引用率最高的一
篇文章还是95年到了arizona之后跟老外合作的，被引118次，这也是方唯一一篇被引用
上百次的文章。可见方励之89之前确实没有做出过什么重要的工作，他的名声和地位绝
对是靠政治得来的，当然其中部分的也是80年在中国搞科普所得，必须承认科普工作也是
有重要的社会意义的。
(BTW，有人说你这个搜索未必完整。不错，确实不能保证100％毫无遗漏。但是我
用的search engine is THE search engine everybody in this community uses today.
