很快上市吗？而如果不能很快解决夏利的亏损问题，一汽也难以实现整体上市，这似乎
是一个先有鸡还是先有蛋的难题

2015年3月15日，一汽集团董事长徐建一被纪委带走调查，这一消息令整个汽车行
业为之震惊。一汽集团又创造了一项全国第一纪录：国内汽车大国企中，一把手被立案
调查是第一个。
虽然徐建一到底犯了什么错误，贪腐多少还没有披露，但是人们对徐早已经十分不
满。2005年、2006年，一汽集团的产销量陆续被上汽集团(24.59, -0.54, -2.15%)超越
，成为全行业的“老二”。2009年7月，东风汽车(10.41, 0.00, 0.00%)销量超过了一
汽集团，一汽成为国内车企销量“老三”。2015年1月，长安汽车(22.45, -0.62, -2.
69%)销量首次超过一汽，一汽沦为销量“老四”。
徐建一在任期间，一汽集团管理混乱，腐败窝案多发，红旗品牌战略失误，夏利巨
