是从university wafer买的成品 package里面有测试说明,所以应该没有问题的
所以，可能是用RIE etch的时候出的问题吧or lift-off的时候用sonication出的问题？

我现在想到的一个可能性是因为我用CHF4或者用了sonication to lift-off(因为有些
gold粘得厉害，不超声波一下根本洗不掉），考虑下一个对比组完全不处理背面的氧化
层，用金刚刀瓜一小块，然后silver paint粘到aluminum foil,gate electrode插在
aluminum foil上。
如果这个可能性也排除了我就totally不知道怎么回事了，因为我对自己的整个
fabrication的操作流程还是很有信心没有任何出错的地方的 |

发帖数: 741 | 8 因为all bond里面是单体和光敏引发剂，紫外灯照射引发聚合，几分钟，液体就变成树
脂（resin）了。我看牙医都是用这个，就自己买了，我时做材料的千老，这里面没什
么secret，简单的很。买self etching 的 all bond，不然效果不好。里面的磷酸会将
牙垢洗掉，保证修补效果。 |

我不能接受的东西太多了
以前曾经在工作室里做过版画
drypoint,etching,printmaking等等都做过
我一直提不起精神来
但那是我的专业
不过我从来没好好做过
就是因为我讨厌那个繁杂的制作过程
并且在那个过程中必须和别人共同share一个实验室
除此之外一个重要原因就是可以批量生产
或许有个自己的工作室会好一点
我不喜欢和别人一块儿干活
而且我也讨厌那种枯燥的体力活
每天在实验室里磨那么一小块破铜板实在让我郁闷 |

我用的是craft store买的etching cream，是NaHF2，有少量氨水，应该是稳定剂吧。
这个我觉得稍微好些，通风好就好了～

etch一般也都是那些半导体公司做啊，感觉也没有process的opening多啊
难道各大招工网站打出来的opening都是假的？
我的背景是有机半导体材料光电性质研究（phd关键词：charge transport,
semiconductor, ，dielectric,polymer等），其实也可以去LED, solar cell之类的公
司，不过大家都说太阳能，LED market不好,一家家公司倒闭呀
半导体又是going down industry,那我到底要去哪里呢？
我都不管market好不好了，所有的都投，可是也没人要我，这才要命
难道去找chemistry的工作？那估计就更要命了吧，那么多postdoc等着呢
经常有人劝转码工，可是又不是所有人都想当码工。
