身材篇：
1. 那个啥，身材高低，肌肉骨骼，甚至脂肪易堆积的地方，都是基因了，没法变。这
个基础不同，咱也不做横向比较了，自己被父母生成什么样，就定了，在自己得到的
基因和基础上，努力保持自己的最佳状态吧。
2. 从小保持一个锻炼的爱好很重要，当然，never too old to start。人到30基础代
谢会降低一些，男女都会开始在腹部堆积脂肪，保持肌肉mass就可以保持代谢，和健康
体型。
3. 不能不吃东西来减肥，那种人看着不健康，没肌肉，而且脂肪还是照样厚，软塌塌
的，没精神。
4. 锻炼，要选择自己喜欢的方式，无论是gym跑步登山机，还是出去jog，还是zumba跳
舞，还是户外trail，还是室内rock climbing，都需要你的兴趣才能长久。我个人就是

沿着一条长长的土路，穿过片片黄土地，方抵达这里。
曾以输出劳动力闻名的河南现在希望人们返乡。政府正在村子里建工厂，以遏制外出打
工潮。打工潮导致人口下降，农田无人耕种，很多孩子由祖父母养大。
此举反映出政府重点的明显变化，在几十年的城市化和忽视农村发展后，中国共产党正

confirm or deny the formulation concentrations, and I should follow the
manufacturers recommendation. However, from the known concentrations that
were sent from the Chevron's Fuel Technical Service, this is what I've
gathered:

I can afford a much more expensive car than a Volvo, but have owned an S70,
an XC70 and an S60R (I still have the 70).
They were all affordable, dependable, relatively inexpensive to maintain,
and ether than average to drive. Plus, I take customers out who make less
than I and don't want to make an issue about it. |

that said, you can start sooner with us (ether upon filing or with the
