不一定适应。。。我们祖国过去的 ethical 风俗，貌似老师首先是要对娃的将来负责
。。。而美帝这边教育的 ethical 风俗，貌似在符合大体要求的教育框架后，是 "对
娃将来好" 和 "尊重娃父母意愿" 的折中。。。因为 "对娃将来好" 是个谁也说不太清
的事。
其实我觉得，在美帝，不管是特殊儿童还是普通儿童，父母为娃做决定的担子要大得多
。。。因为 professional 通常不会越俎代庖代替父母做决定，除非能证明父母暂时丧
失做决定的能力（这个门槛太高了）。 |

members). My daily job is reviewing clinical trial protocols and
recruitment and informed consent documents everyday. The purpose of the
board is to protect the rights, safety and welfare of human subjects.

兄弟先叙述报警经过，然后再讲述报警的具体程序。
报警经过：
兄弟昨晚接收电邮后，刚开始没觉得太可怕，但是越想越不对劲，越想越觉得害怕。兄
弟受到的潜在威胁有两个部分：1）人身安全； 2）被起诉。同时，兄弟在精神上受到
极度惊吓，今天因为过度害怕都不敢出门上班，只能报警寻求警方保护。先拨打911，
接线生回答后，兄弟告诉她兄弟受到的安全威胁是来自于昨晚收到的一封邮件，并不是
现场的威胁，接线生让兄弟改打另一个电话号码。兄弟打通后，接线生转给了一个报警
专线，询问了姓名、地址、电话等情况后，让兄弟别出门在家等待警官上门。大约过了
一刻钟左右吧，警官来到我家，先看了昨天兄弟接收的电邮，告诉兄弟那不是立即的威
胁，因为没有白纸黑字地写明到我家干什么，不能立案24小时提供安全保护但建议如果

花色选择的话，那么迟疑就暗示一种不确定。从ethical的角度出发，北家应该忽略同
伴的迟疑，假定同伴确实希望换攻梅花。实战第二墩北家拔ＣＡ，导致庄家做成。庄家
持牌：８７／ＡＫＪ５／ＡＫ３／ＫＴ７２
这副牌结束后，现场的专家评论员一片赞叹声，认为北家体现了highest ethical
value，非常具有sportsmanship．但我在想，北家ethical这当然没错，但信号只是一
种suggestion，并不是command．这副牌不论同伴梅花持牌的情况，都不需要拔ＣＡ，
只需要将牌出手坐等赢墩。用桥牌裁判的术语来说，虽然有ＵＩ，但是ＣＡ不是
logical alternative．说得再明白些，即使同伴恰好有ＣＫ或梅花单张，拔ＣＡ不损

发帖数: 20256 | 30 其实这个4年offer，前提还是很多的。所以基本上意义不大。属于可有可无的鸡肋。其实球员talent不容易看出来，但是work ethic在高中其实就很容易看到。教练要使贪恋talent，找了很多wok ethic差，也就应该自认倒霉。基本上work ethic差的，成绩也不会好到哪里去，最后自动就淘汰了。
引申一下，就像个别媒体人对上次ESPN歧视言论，说对被炒得人不公平，说错了一次，知错，道歉就行了，这样没了25年的career很可惜。我老认为，都10多20年的媒体“专业人士”了，还不懂什么话该说，什么不该说，早点退休好了。关键词：专业人士：找球员失败，其中一个原因不是球员，是你眼光不好，也有教得不好，就像投资一样。 |

所以这个大多都是从高中教练的嘴里了解，一个球队出的D-1球员多或者能去牛校对高
中教练也是荣誉，所以很少有人会告诉大学教练你要小心这个球员，他态度有问题．
另外就算有人高中训练还算马马虎虎，但是高中训练水准和大学那是天上地下，会不会
打折扣还真不好说了．
不过你说的对，态度有问题的人大多学习也有问题，这个基本也会成为一个淘汰的因素
其实球员talent不容易看出来，但是work ethic在高中其实就很容易看到。教练要使贪
恋talent，找了很多wok ethic差，也就应该自认倒霉。基本上work ethic差的，成绩
也不会好到哪里去，最后自动就淘汰了。

首先我要讲，我看到你的回帖说ethics不是要开这样一个头“My way is the best and
yours sucks". 而是必须对攀岩理念一些基本的美好的东西被扭曲而进行澄清和纠正。
我知道现在能在美国留学的同学90%还是受着“体制内”教育的影响长大的，不管现在
思想怎么变化，怎么进步，谈到“崇高”，代表“国家”这些虚的东西还是会心潮澎湃
。
这是在过去很多年中被严重扭曲的思潮。回到那个话题，自然比一个国家的历史久远的
多，国家的历史比一个政府的历史久远的多。你放大了这一带政府和时代的思想偏向，
当它与更根本的宇宙的意志相违背的时候，你想的东西就是很臭的东西。攀岩是源于自

中华2000年居然到了现代社会还想还魂。
就象别人反感唱红歌不是因为红歌本身艺术性如何，而是反感红歌背后代表的腐朽思想。
孔子其实根本不是一个philosopher，而是一个sophist(一种收取学费教导别人道德的
人)。他不关心道德的本质、道德和人的关系这些meta-ethics以及Normative ethics的
问题，仅仅关注Applied ethics范畴里某些事物；即使是对于这些实际问题，他一般也
只给答案、不给深层原因(也许他从来没思考过)；更糟的是他坚持自己的答案是真理，
反对者为禽兽。。。
例如研究“虔诚”(piety/敬鬼神)：苏格拉底的第一反应是反问所有虔诚行为的共性是
什么、鬼神和灵魂/肉体的关系是什么。。。别人/自己给的答案最后发现自相矛盾不要
紧，不断修改就是。。。这是典型的philosopher的思路。
而孔子上来就直接给他的答案，而且是当真理给，这是典型的sophist的做法。事实上
，于丹的角色也是一个sophist。

ethics)和规范伦理(Normative Ethics)由宋明心学、理学补课。
再更深入的形而上学(metaphysics)、认知学(Epistemology)、逻辑学(logic)，是儒教
的空白区。这三者是哲学的核心。所以，说儒教“浅薄”是有道理的，其本身不足以支
撑任何严密的思想体系。
老子在哲学上的思考比孔子深入得多，对形而上学、认知学、逻辑都有很广泛、深刻的
思考。其在哲学上的地位，我个人认为可以与Xenophanes、甚至Heraclitus相提并论。
老子的问题是太孤单。除了庄子、墨子、邹衍、公孙龙、杨朱等聊聊几人，同时代没有
几个能互相启发、互相敌对的类似思想家。而孔子孟子等庸俗哲学家不幸出生又早，太
早就成了气候，扼杀了思想启蒙的火花。
在西方，基督教的兴起比古希腊哲学的兴起要晚几百年，给了希腊哲人们足够的时间发

) --- 道德属于感性，和社会契约(社会共识、法律等等)完全不同。如果楼主对伦理学
尤其是meta-ethics有兴趣，推荐看一本很容易懂的入门书，相信开卷有益：

ethics)和规范伦理(Normative Ethics)由宋明心学、理学补课。
再更深入的形而上学(metaphysics)、认知学(Epistemology)、逻辑学(logic)，是儒教
的空白区。这三者是哲学的核心。所以，说儒教“浅薄”是有道理的，其本身不足以支
撑任何严密的思想体系。
老子在哲学上的思考比孔子深入得多，对形而上学、认知学、逻辑都有很广泛、深刻的
思考。其在哲学上的地位，我个人认为可以与Xenophanes、甚至Heraclitus相提并论。
老子的问题是太孤单。除了庄子、墨子、邹衍、公孙龙、杨朱等聊聊几人，同时代没有
几个能互相启发、互相敌对的类似思想家。而孔子孟子等庸俗哲学家不幸出生又早，太
早就成了气候，扼杀了思想启蒙的火花。
在西方，基督教的兴起比古希腊哲学的兴起要晚几百年，给了希腊哲人们足够的时间发
展。而基督教兴起后，西方几乎立刻进入中世纪，比儒家统治下的东方还黑暗。 |

部落的显学，我才懒得评论。另一方面，如果我出生在战国，会投身墨门；如果出生在

兄弟先叙述报警经过，然后再讲述报警的具体程序。
报警经过：
兄弟昨晚接收电邮后，刚开始没觉得太可怕，但是越想越不对劲，越想越觉得害怕。兄
弟受到的潜在威胁有两个部分：1）人身安全； 2）被起诉。同时，兄弟在精神上受到
极度惊吓，今天因为过度害怕都不敢出门上班，只能报警寻求警方保护。先拨打911，
接线生回答后，兄弟告诉她兄弟受到的安全威胁是来自于昨晚收到的一封邮件，并不是
现场的威胁，接线生让兄弟改打另一个电话号码。兄弟打通后，接线生转给了一个报警
专线，询问了姓名、地址、电话等情况后，让兄弟别出门在家等待警官上门。大约过了
一刻钟左右吧，警官来到我家，先看了昨天兄弟接收的电邮，告诉兄弟那不是立即的威
胁，因为没有白纸黑字地写明到我家干什么，不能立案24小时提供安全保护但建议如果
有生人叫门，没搞清楚来访者身份前不要开门，如果觉得可疑，马上拨打911。接下来
