凯尔特人和北方的维京人或者Norse人的传说里面，大黑狗经常是和地狱有联系的。
例如在英国北部有一个Barghest的传说，barghest大概是burg-ghost的意思。Barghest
是一只大黑狗，能够隐身，走路的时候会有铁链哗啦哗啦的声音。不知道有没有人想起
来Sirius Black曾经被关过监狱。
如果Barghest趴在一家门口，这家就要死人了。在送葬的时候，Barghest会领着当地的
狗跟随送葬的队伍。

1：事实之一：1945年前，北韩的流亡政府临时大本营主要是莫斯科，而南韩的则是在中

第二副药：资本市场自由化。从理论上讲，资本自由化意味着资本自由地流入和流出。
可是亚洲金融风暴和巴西金融危机的实际情况是，资本自由流入来爆炒房地产、股市和
汇市。在危机来临之际，资本只是自由地流出，再流出，被斯蒂格利茨称为热钱的投机
资本总是最先逃跑，受灾国的外汇储备在几天甚至几个小时之内就被吸干。IMF伸手救
援的条件包括紧缩银根，将利率提高到30%、50%、80%的荒谬程度，这样高的利息只会
无情摧毁房地产价值，破坏工业生产能力，吸干社会多年积累的财富。

ready to go！
今天送孩子上学跟老二朋友的妈妈聊了一会。她问我周末有什么活动。我跟她说我们要
去SF参加protest。她有点惊讶，因为在她眼里我们是很温和很爱自己的孩子很喜欢带
孩子参与学校和其他活动的家长。我简单的跟她说了前因后果. 跟她强调说我们参与这
次活动是因为我们要让孩子认同自己的identity， 让他们be proud of who they are
。 还有一点就是让他们stand up for what is RIGHT！
我跟她说，我老公这两天带孩子去图书馆借了几本当年黑人民权斗争的书，还跟孩子在
wiki上学习早年华人在这块土地上的种种艰辛。我还跟她说，这个国家是由所有的移民
组成的，有的人来的早，有的人来的晚，大家都在这块土地上工作生活，为这个国家做
贡献，make it a great country。 可是呢，歧视一直都存在，白人觉得他们是这里的
主人，别的人都是外来人。

全球基金”）冻结了中国的资金。这是一件极为尴尬的事，因为中国竟然达不到一个国
际组织的标准，而许多落后的国家政府却可以。
中国是世界第四大全球基金接受国，排在埃塞尔比亚、印度和坦桑尼亚之后。从2003年
起，中国已经从全球基金得到5.39亿美元的援助，还有2.95亿美元也在计划当中 。中
国只捐献过1600万美元给全球基金，相比美国捐献了5.5亿美元。中国是否有资格接受
全球基金已经引起了极大的争议。中国政府的富有广为人知，2008年的奥运 会和去年
的上海世博会花了460亿美元。为了刺激经济，中国政府花了5860亿美元。帮助创办全
球基金的Jack chow博士，认为中国对资金的胃口动摇了全球基金的基础 ；在当前资金
难以为继的情况下，大笔捐款流入像中国这样支付卫生项目绰绰有余的国家，只能更加
降级捐款的意愿。
但是全球基金这次冻结中国的资金却和中国接受援助的资格无关。去年的审计发现，

随手找了一个世行的数据，是1960-1976年的。你也可以找出联合国的数据，用1950年
的数据替代1960年，结果一定是一样的，那就是中国人口增长人数最多。
