发帖数: 3558 | 2 今天打了整两个小时的电话，用mileage 定的机票在加拿大转机，有符合免签条件的
航班。跟agent (听口音像印度人？）说了好几遍要SSR TWOV ,说的前几遍她都不置可
否。最后我再跟她强调了一遍，她开始说他们不做这个，我说网站上有告诉她delta 网
站上的信息要大家都说要，她又让我hold 了几十分钟说去查，最后说 okay, your
visa waiver is taken care of on the ticket.
但是我收到eticket 上面还是没有 SSR TWOV 的note. 想问一下这个note 是不是应该
在 eticket 上出现的？
另外SSR 代表什么意思啊。对于那些不知道不懂的agent, 怎么跟他们说要加啊（这
个agent 完全不知道SSR TWOV 是什么啊）。
急求回答。这个ticket 只有24小时只能可以cancel, 我的电话分钟数基本都用光了恐
怕等不及明天9PM 以后再打了~~ |

行程是中国内地飞北京(国航)-北京飞东京(国航), 东京飞洛杉矶(全日空).

个在UA的网站上去request Mileage 好像不能approve.只能打电话。 |

ua付款后马上出 confirmation code,另外 告诉你 " Thank you for choosing United
Airlines. Your purchase is confirmed. You will be promptly notified once
the internal processing of your reservation has been finalized so that you
can" blah blah ...
如果付款方式简单 （没有voucher,discount code什么的）,那么下一步就是eticket
了，一般很快 within mintues ,但如果使用了上面说过的voucher什么，则有可能很
久
（几小时后）才来 eticket.
以前有一次经历 ,付款3天后才发现eticket还没给，之后打电话给UA,告知reservation

问题是，根本不需要这个完整的申请表，签证只需要确认页。这个完整的表只不过是让
申请人自己打印着玩的，没有什么实际的用处。
而实际需要的确认页，既可以打印又可以email。
大家不要自己吓自己啊。
就好像坐飞机online check in，在网站上的时候可以选择把整个itinerary和eticket
receipt之类的东西都打印出来，但是真正坐飞机需要的，只有boarding pass。所以只
有boarding pass既可以打印又可以email。其他东西都是让旅客自己打印着玩的，坐飞
机的时候没有什么实际的用处。所以这就好比有人问，啊呀，我坐飞机online check
in，为什么email收到的就只有boarding pass，没有整个itinerary和eticket receipt
之类的东西啦。因为其实那些都是不需要的。
按钮写得很清楚了，3个选择：打印confirmation，打印application（供大家自娱自乐
），email confirmation。
confirmation当然不是整个application，有什么好奇怪的呢？ |

找到日本驻亚特兰大领事馆主页,点击上面visitingjapan项,新窗口有几个连接,和他们
的地址以及电话
我基本可以负责人地告诉大家,那几个连接上面提供的信息对于要在亚特兰大办签证的
同学基本没用
我的感觉是这个日本transit签证随意性很大,不同的馆,不同官员办理方式也迥异
发信给那个地址也基本上没用,回信一定回说请拨打xx电话,所以,想要迅速办理,直接打
电话就好了
负责人是一个日本女人,口音还是比较重的,不过会说得比较慢,而且态度也不错
问下来亚特兰大领事馆需要如下材料
护照,一定要在封底签名的
一张申请表+一张照片(我特别问了一下,她只需要一张),不过申请表格性命要先写英文
再写中文

发帖数: 1479 | 37 今年早些时候为母亲在unted.com上买了张ua的往返票($1500+)， 机票回国行程上，
chicago转机时间有2个小时. 上周查flight，发现他们改了schedule,转机时间只有50
分钟。 考虑到转机时间紧，老人不方便，打电话给united，是美国本土客服，问他们
能不能改到continental的一个直飞的航班，当然我们需要开车3-4个小时送母亲到
newark机场。他们说 他们仍然是不同的carrier，所以不能免费改， 要改的话， 要加
250$,或者可以refund我790$,如果我们cancel这个reservation的话。那个客服
supervisor还说她可以leave a note注明 refund的数额，如果要cancel的话，再打电
话过去 告知一声就好了。
后来我们自己在网上找， 为母亲又加了一点钱，买了一张从newark直飞的机票， 准备
回头打电话cancel united 的reservation.
结果，打电话先是一印度人接的， 他说没法知道refund多少钱，要找他们的refund部
