公司在HEB区域, 看了Euless, 感觉周边环境不错, 但是房子真挺贵的, 做了点
research大家说Euless是比较overpriced, Hurst/Bedford会好点,打算周末看看.
貌似还可以考虑North Arlington, 不知道有没有推荐的?
BTW, 男青年一枚自己住.. in my mid 20's..

GC，而且觉得社区看着也不错，但是目前这个区没什么合适的房源。LD更喜欢HEB,因为
房价机对便
宜，房源也多一些。但是我担心这边学区和社区都不如GC。有经验的人可以指导一下吗

in our Texas, public schools are often good.
American friends told us that it is more important to have more "white" ppl
than the score.
for example, we used to look at Euless, TX for home. an elementary school
is 9, but many hispanic kids(30%+). the neighbour hood also looks worse.
the American friends(white) said they won't go there.
instead, in colleyville or grapevine, some schools only 7, but typical white

keller has very good school district, and very safe, also close to your work;
house is also cheap there (currently under developing)
But a little far away from chinese community majorly located in north dallas
NRH is also good place, house is not expensive either; school not as good as
keller which is exempary
Bedford and Hurst now house price goes up, school is ok,
euless is not very good on the school, but location is convenient.

一岁大Boxer mix一条。本人单身中年WSN，爱好钓鱼，溜狗，电影，目前有IPTV，
年底之前会cancel，旅游一般，其它户外活动一般，安静，不在室内吸烟，
不喝酒但通常有4-5瓶各类葡萄酒备用，不爱做饭，爱吃Crawfish，Blue Crab，

场，沙滩排球，一条大概2迈多的林间Trail，我住得离那里不远。。。觉
得住边上的公寓，没事了去转转还好。。。 |

发帖数: 61 | 26 Colleyville学区不错，亚裔多。Euless靠近121边上有部分地区的房子属Colleyville
学区，房价相对低些。可以找个买房代理问问。小朋友受不受歧视关健还是在于自己，
是不是OPEN很重要。个人感觉亚裔学习好在白人眼里是理所当然的，体育优秀的孩子在
这里比较POPULAR，比较容易有朋友。如果喜欢打橄榄球，篮球最好，这里的校队从7
年级就有了。 |

发帖数: 750 | 27 HEB本身学区也还行，不过住的话最好在183以北。几年前HEB的房子真心便宜啊，单价
70-80/sqf都可以搞定，现在也噌噌的涨到100以上了。
Euless有一块是夹在121和360之间，midcities blvd北边，房价没有Grapevine/
Colleyville贵，但是是属于Grapevine-Colleyville学区的，所以很抢手。你可以试试
运气。 |

点荒地都变成房子和购物中心了。。。
尽量不去183以南。。。南边是墨区，当然，北面也好不多少，印巴区。。。总体中等
社区，比上不足，比下有余。。。
靠近机场，如果你对声音比较敏感，偶尔路过的飞机户外狠吵，室内还行。。。 |
