多巴胺是用substantia nigra分泌到primary motor area，掌管fine motor control。
多巴胺缺乏会导致motor control的毛病，也就是是帕金森氏病（Parkinson），帕金森
的病人只是
motor control有问题，不会心情不好，抑郁什么的
血清素，掌管了人类的一些快感（euphoria）区域。得到快感，就会想不断重复这个

购物能让自己过得更好的幻觉。买东西的时候感觉不错，过后感觉更差，因为愧疚。很
多时候买的东西也没什么用——化妆品屯着，包包用几次就放着，衣服更是穿不到几次
家人还纵容我这种行为，觉得我在外读书怪可怜的，老鼓励我多给自己买点东西。我觉

经典的香水在这里帮我推荐哈，一块讨论讨论～
这里面estee lauder private collection的tuberose gardenia是在版上被种草的，确
实非常清新，又简单又不boring的，味道也很持久，喜欢得我都舍不得用。
还有一个我也非常喜欢，是sephora送得100 point gift, flowerbomb的deluxe sample
，其实味道跟右上角的ck forbidden euphoria很象，但是比它更持久香味更浓烈更多
层次。
另外acqua di parma magnolia nobile和gucci flora的glamours magnolia都很不错，
也是清清的花香味，我本来是为了要找黄果兰味道的香水，以为magnolia就是黄果兰，
但其实不是，turns out我还挺喜欢magnolia的。。。
其他目前都是一堆的sample，我买了一个sephora的fragrance sampler，花个50块钱买

和好多初信的一樣，我經歷了一種亢奮，覺得好像很釋放，滿足，平安和喜樂。大概在
行出去決志[11]時候我情緒洶湧爆發，激動的哭了，把埋在心裡面的不快發泄了。套用
基督教的術語，就是所謂的「聖靈感動」。基督教裡面，其實對於「聖靈感動」根本沒
有很清楚的界定，信徒求其有些 high ，感動、亢奮、甚至哭、笑，總之情緒表達，都
好容易被歸入為所謂「聖靈感動」。聖經裡面講「聖靈感動」的部分，說穿了都是
heightened emotions，沒有所謂神秘的地方[12]。
我信主之後的 euphoria ，令我沐浴在一片釋放，滿足，平安和喜樂。我當然以為是基
督入住內心，已經成為我生命的主﹔其實，年青的人未定性，是很重情緒和感受的，因
此我也不例外地把這種感受當是「得救」的感覺。
我信的時候根本不夠成熟去細想，情緒的波動就好似一個巨浪把你推了去信。
然而，當我長大些後，我發覺這種感覺在不同的場合都會產生，就算不是信仰經歷也可
以的。我朋友參加 Life Dymanics，感到被更新、重生，感覺和信耶穌的一樣。我朋友

过来做薄厚的人太多了，据说有的拿的offer要比这边的average低点也愿意。
找PI好像更难。我们这烂校都是一波一波的换人，新AP压力太大了。
其实还是那句话，只要自己愿意做这行，坚持就好。
