其他方面的材料很少
有哪位大神可以帮忙普及一下这个知识么？
主要关心几点：
1.买车？？指定的dealer?美国的?欧洲的？还是厂家本身？在哪定好？
2.如果不是美国的dealer.贷款问题怎么处理？
3.车价因为少了一些关税，并牵扯的其他方面（包括trip后以二手车进口美国的关税减
免），到底怎么处理？价格怎么谈？税怎么报？
PS：目前对AUDI和VOLVO有兴趣，那哪些车是可以参加这个program的？欧洲产的就行？
美国本土有生产的型号的可不可以买欧洲产的同型号的进口，进口税方面是不是比本土
不生产的车型要高？
