speech Saturday at EuroPride in Rome.
Agence France-Presse reports that Gaga addressed a crowd estimated at one
million in the ancient Circus Maximus. She called for listeners to be “

Poland has hosted its first EuroPride gay pride festival, attended by
thousands in a country not known for its tolerance of homosexuality.
"We feel like they are 20 years behind the Netherlands," Ad Bakker, a 39-
year-old festival attendee who traveled from Holland told BBC News.

The nightclub owner, entrepreneur and LGBT rights activist won a seat on
Warsaw city council last month.
The Green party member ran on a Social Democrat ticket.
