比如，和刚认识的人，别人介绍名字，过后，我马上就会忘记。 还有，去医院，听医
生说，有些单词，以前没有碰到过,比如咽鼓管， Eustachian tube, 医生指着图，说
EUSTACHIAN TUBE，我知道他说的是什么。 但是第二次，去医生又说，我就完全忘记了
。。但是，如果我在纸上写出那个人的名字， 或者我翻书看到Eustachian tube, 然后
医生说，这样不光知道发音，然后还知道英语怎么写， 我记得就比较牢。。
总结一下，就是，我光听，我很快就忘记。 只有眼睛看到，写下来，我才能记下来。
不知道大家是不是都有这个问题？ 调查一下。 |

did he have recurrent middle ear infections in the past(otitis media)?
was he ever been treated with antibiotics, or decongestant?
was he bottle fed when he was a baby?
sometimes chronic otitis media effusion occurs with eustachian tube
abnormality that it became occluded without obvious signs of middle ear
infection,
seems like he already has significant hearing loss, he might already have
significant structural damages to the tympanic membrane as well, in that
case, surgery should be consider |

发帖数: 3635 | 6 5月底带着耳塞在跑步机上跑了1个小时后左耳朵开始有些不舒服，过了几天去开医生，
医生说是infection，开了10天的口服药。然后我就回国内了。上周末回来美国，感觉
没什么好转（虽然也没变严重）。今天又去看那个医生，他说是ETD，给开了21片口服
的methylprednisolone。然后说如果还没好转，就安排我去看专科医生，因为他也不知
道具体啥原因导致的ETD。
基本症状就是平常呆着能感觉到左耳朵里面不适，有时候会痒，忍不住想去掏；偶尔有
点点小疼。有时候感觉里面有啥堵住似的。没有头晕，耳鸣的症状。

Eustachian tube，此管子在幼儿的时候几乎是水平的，而且短粗，而在成人中就向下
倾斜并且相对变细，口腔是细菌繁多的地区，细菌容易通过液体的交流到耳朵里，所以
小孩子比成年人容易得中耳炎。
大部分vent tube的使用者都是儿科病人。 |

娃用过几次，效果还可以，至于那个吸耳球，我觉得要保证清洁干净（用温的soapy
water洗干净），用的时候别伤着宝宝的鼻子粘膜了。我家LG不喜欢太多次使用，总怕
伤着娃。
网上有个建议是：The idea behind a saline rinse for ear infections is that
you have a lot of germs in the back of your nose and throat where the
Eustachian tube connects. If you can wash out those germs on a regular basis
, you could potentially reduce the number of ear infections.

than others, because their Eustachian tubes are especially short or
straight (or narrow). They were born with this structural feature.
Fortunately, most kids are less likely to get ear infections after the age
of 4. |

There is a tube connecting the mid-ear chamber to the nose, called
Eustachian tube. Because it is connected to the nose, it can get
inflamed when having a cold. Just by proportion, the tube will be small
as a child, and very easily blocked. Some children get it more
frequently than others because of variations in size and anatomy. As
one gets older, the tube gets bigger and much harder to be blocked.

吸。
网上查了一下，说是一种physical disorder叫Patulous Eustachian tube，原因很多
，常见的
weight loss，body fat太低。Treatment就是reduce exercise, gain weight.
问题是我最近整天坐办公室，已经缺乏锻炼了，另外，吃啥能增加fat啊？ |
