it is a paste, not a solid wire.
most of the solder nowadays contains flux inside already.
do not but the lead free one, it requires higher temperature and harder to
flow. get the eutectic 63/37 solder, low temperature and good flow
if you just need the flux, you can order flux only.
for audio stuff, i used Cardas quad eutectic solder also, I know, it is a

which the element indium is added to give a substantially lower melting
point. Lens alloy is eutectic, i.e. it has a sharp melting point, in this
case on 58°C. At this low temperature it has proved ideal for use as a
holding medium or ‘button' in lens grinding and is rapidly replacing pitch
previously used. It is easily melted and having extremely stable
characteristics, can be re-used repeatedly. |

。 一定比例会变成eutectic mixture. 但是为什么放置一段时间变黄了。。。
是一个化合物导致另一个oxidation么，两个化合物分开放都很稳定。 还是有了
chemical reaction?
