的布郎运动以及红外辐射之类的普通方法就足够解释了。如果你是用离子加速器产生的
高速粒子流来加热的话那另外讨论。
如果是前者（布郎运动和红外辐射），那么因为它们的能量量级不足于破坏强作用力构
成的物质的结构，所以结果肯定就是要么被反弹出去（粒子），要么被反射出去(光子
）。我的直觉是可以大概把这个当成一个全反射的镜子来对待，光子和粒子都不能被吸
收。但是，因为动量守恒的原因，在水滴内部会可能产生类似全反射镜子的evanescent
field，对特别特别靠近水滴的食物有可能有一定加热作用。但是这个传热效果会非常
不好使。 |

力。不过我觉得你看到的亮和暗应该是荧光分子活动造成的进入和退出你的那个 TIRF
的 excitation spot/plane，就是那个 evanescent wave 区域，不是所谓的 blinking。 |
