近日笔者有幸到俄罗斯一周旅游，期间细致的考察了，10年改革对俄罗斯造成的影响，
得出一条结论，只有彻底的休克疗法才能挽救俄罗斯。本来以为到了俄罗斯应该是一片
萧条的，但是到了莫斯科，发现这里已经俨然是欧洲国家的景色，超市里的所有物品50
％属于西方发达国家的品牌，基本生活用品，比较富足。一顿快餐一般要7美元。
城市里面虽然没有太多的新的高楼大厦，但是莫斯科作为一个古老的古都的风貌却完好
的保存下来。在俄罗斯的服务意思有如北京80年代，服务员依然是一副大爷的感觉，很
多岗位的设立完全只是为了照顾就业市场。
人们的面容依然严峻并且排外，但是据当地中国人介绍，目前俄罗斯人的服务意识已经
大为增强，街面上散布着西方名牌的服装专卖店。但是却没有公共厕所，更难以理解的

走马观花，访问了北京的几所高校。北京的同行们个个财大气粗，风光无限。某高校主
