真是，我刚开了一个umbrellabank，那个银行真是麻烦，要寄支票，还要fax才能加外
面的银行，才有5。35％。
现在钱还没有转过去，可能就要再申请这个everbank了，可惜一个hard pull.

，origination fee也比较低，比较好的deal。可是在网上看到了不少不好的评价。最
主要的是客服服务糟糕，会不按时付账单，等等。唯一的就是rate好。
有人有什么经验吗？ |

approval directly from the bank, not online. If you hold EAD without H1B,
you can't get approval from EverBank. So far so good,for my experience. |

利率高，但还没批准。
最近在版上看到讨论Roth IRA的文章，觉得投资Roth IRA是不错的选择，打算去取消
EverBank的申请。
请有经验的朋友指点一下该如何投资这两万现金？
如果Roth IRA的话，在哪里开帐户比较好，买什么Mutual Fund 好一点？

我已经有了buyer/seller的买卖合同，当时需要在一个deadline之前做loan
application。本来想在EverBank做，因为他们的rate最好。但是因为他们必须要再30
天内close，所以没有用他们。现在用的这个mortgage公司的rate并不是很好，而且现
在大的方向是rate每天都在上涨。眼看到closing 的日子马上要在30天以内了，所以想
问问现在可不可以换我的mortgage公司,而转用EverBank？这样的话除了我损失现在
mortgage公司已经付的appraisal fee，credit report fee之外，有没有其他的后果呢？
大家有没有这样中途换贷款公司的呢？谢谢！！ |

EverBank ACH push到别处相当快，一般下一个工作日就到账了 |

service fee, credit report fee, flood certificate fee. 这些一共$647。但是其
他的appraisal fee, recording fee, title fee, 什么的还没有加，他说这些东西是

goes wrong then you have the peace of mind of can having them fix it and
