gun was used to shoot somebody and you keep the gun, then you simply say "Oh
, sorry, I didn't know it". Even a kid would find it ridiculous.
He says somebody else wrote it, then who on earth did it? And no doubt it is
his responsibility to provide evidence, e.g. the log of the website
verified by the third party.
If everybody can simply evade consequences by saying "I didn't know", then
why do we need laws? |

没有收到，不知道到底要求什么东东。从3月份用OPT开始在一个大学里做数据分析工作
。 收到信后会上来更新。
教训：在这种严酷的环境下，一定要要求Premium Processing，这样出了像这样的问题
还有比较多的回旋时间。

detailed materials required.
after USCIS receive your materials, they will restart to process your case.
The processing time depends on if you are under regular processing or
premium processing. If under regular processing, it will take 60 days to get
the decision; while under premium processing, it will give you the decision
in 15 calender days. |

6月初申请的OPT，刚刚瘦到通知要求RFE，具体的mail还没收到，原计划拿到EAD卡8月
中回国一趟，然后九月初回来开始工作。这样看来回国前肯定拿不到EAD卡了，申请工
作开始时间都要延迟，这样的话，我是否还可以回国，然后只有申请OPT的receipt，有
效F1 签证，I-20反美呢？
我看到ICE上是这么说的：
